Patty was super comforting and nice. We had some good laughs and talks. After marking my ears she was getting ready to pierce my ears and she reassured me and comforted me more. It was quick and easy and she did a great job! I 100% recommend Patty if you ever want to pierce your ears or any other parts of your body.

i decided to come here since my normal piercing place was closed. they got to me pretty quick. i…read morecame in to get a conch piercing and recommended a hoop which i didn't think would be good for the healing process so i said im okay with a stud. i had my boyfriend come with me who is sensitive to needles but he came to my other piercings and did just fine. once they pierced my ear i started gushing out blood which has never happened, and they also told me i couldn't take a video of it happening. now i know why. he held the needle in my ear because of how much blood and didn't give me a warning for the switch and it was my most painful piercing experience. my boyfriend got quezy from all the blood and ended up throwing up in the shop, and of course they were all making jokes about it with me still there. anyways, a couple days later the bar was way too short for the stud and it almost caused and bad infection. i have super bad pain and i never experienced this from a piercer before. i got it changed today at tattoo parlor in port orange and they put a longer bar in to help the healing process. i would not recommend this place. bad service, bad piercer.

He showed me all of the papers that confirm the items were sterilized properly / etc. He took his time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process and he was very meticulous on ensuring he got the piecing in just the right spot. I will ALWAYS suggest people go to him for a piercing - if they're looking for one. If my children ever want their ears pierced, I'm not sure there is anyone I could trust outside of Alex!
