It was per our neighbor's recommendation. We made the appointment 2 weeks ago and was told they would come out to do the quote Saturday at 8am. Saturday at 8am came but when an hour passed we called checking in as to what was up. The woman on the phone (who answered "hello" without saying the business name, weird) said he was on the road. Never followed up. No phone call. He simply did not show. And the woman never attempted to solve the situation. 0 stars.

Their skill - by a team of at least 6 crew members- was phenomenal! They coordinated their work, took great care with our yard and fence, and took the trees down without any problems.
