To my absolute surprise shock and splendor the lady who rang me up said they will deliver this to you this afternoon. I just purchased it at about 1:00 pm so I was blown away by the customer service. I sent a message and was quickly reassured the item would be shipped out by next week. I became suspicious that I was not going to receive my bowl when another week passed and I did not receive it or a tracking number.
