Cash and deposit my check please. And deposit this cash as well after The whole point was for me to get my full check. That why I went to the teller and not the machines. As I was leaving I check my receipt and noticed he just deposited the damn check and not cash it first. Now I have to wait till tmrw for the full amount and some bills are due today. Thanks to the guy who helped me for adding fees to my bills. Be professional and listen to what I say. I was pissed. I just told him to get his shit together. Our bank teller was not the friendliest just meh. Oh well, sometimes we just don't know who we're going to get on the other side. As long as the transaction gets done, that's what matters. Thanks lady. As for seeing a bank representative to close an account, we didn't have an appointment so we had to wait for the next opening. Luckily, the 2:30 PM appt didn't show so we got in. Wait was about 15 mins so it wasn't too bad. Thuy (bank rep) was friendly and nice. Her professionalism and knowledge shined through. Transaction was quick and smooth. She made our visit very comfortable. Thanks so much Thuy for your great service and time. We appreciate it. Great news... this location closes at 4:00 PM on Saturdays. I let the teller know what I was here for and lets me know that I need my ID and an account # for the business.... I just need change and i've been here plenty of times to do this without those needed... Let's me know he can do only $100 but then i'll need to go over to his coworkers for the others because that's all they can do without the business account # I go over to the teller next to him and once again asks me for the info. And then the two tellers start gossiping and talking and in Chinese then start to chuckle a little bit. Very unprofessional and it doesn't help all their tellers are literally all college kids. They treated me as if I wasn't a customer because I didn't have the business account #. So ask for Yuki if you do need someone to speak English.
