Our bank teller was not the friendliest just meh. Oh well, sometimes we just don't know who we're going to get on the other side. As long as the transaction gets done, that's what matters. Thanks lady. As for seeing a bank representative to close an account, we didn't have an appointment so we had to wait for the next opening. Luckily, the 2:30 PM appt didn't show so we got in. Wait was about 15 mins so it wasn't too bad. Thuy (bank rep) was friendly and nice. Her professionalism and knowledge shined through. Transaction was quick and smooth. She made our visit very comfortable. Thanks so much Thuy for your great service and time. We appreciate it. Great news... this location closes at 4:00 PM on Saturdays. Cash and deposit my check please. And deposit this cash as well after The whole point was for me to get my full check. That why I went to the teller and not the machines. As I was leaving I check my receipt and noticed he just deposited the damn check and not cash it first. Now I have to wait till tmrw for the full amount and some bills are due today. So ask for Yuki if you do need someone to speak English.
