Went to a party there last weekend and I wondered why so many people were outside of the building. We walked in and it was blazing hot at night! Small place that gives you the local family vibes. Place was cleaned and well maintained. I stopped in for a work event and we all had a good time. The only issue is the owner/operator was the only person in the building that was working which posed to be an issue when we needed drinks and/or food. Went for a birthday party today .. lots of lanes and well organized . They didn't accept a coupon which was valid .. lots of parking outside . Bowling lanes were ok . Nothing fancy (lights etc ) ... they had a good bar with lots of options .. food was good . We ordered fries , pizza and kids liked it . Coke was wateryyyyyy.. wish they had cans . My little family went to this establishment to try a new bowling place. On Yelp, the pictures looked good and so did the menu. Upon arrival, we walked in and it smelled like wet dogs mixed with dog food. Then on yelp, they give you a 10% off hourly when you check in, which they did not honor. That bothered me but we went ahead and paid for two hours. We got to our lane and looked for balls that were suitable and a few of the balls had some weird grease like substance on it (yuck). After cleaning the balls, we started playing, then my boyfriend asked for a menu. The menu was not the menu that I saw online and I was very disappointed because I had my mind set on a few things off the original menu. At this point I'm annoyed and kind of wanted to just leave but we paid for two hours so I "toughed" it out. We order the BBQ Wings and the Garlic Parmesan Wings. The BBQ was good, the other wings we had wasn't Garlic Parmesan but whatever it was ended up being tasty. The "sauce" or whatever they had in with the wings didn't stay on the chicken all that well so you literally have to scoop it on the chicken to fully enjoy it. With the horribly cold weather this winter going bowling seemed like a great Friday night event with friends and we had such a great time! I hadn't been here in many years. I absolutely love what they did what the renovations of this bowling alley. It's a very comfortable and functional place to bowl, hang out with friends, have some drinks and a bite to eat! - The new "booth-like" seating at every lane is very comfortable and cushiony with a center table. - The high top tables with seats set up right behind the lanes are great to munch out on some bowling alley eats. - There are racks under the seats to store your shoes and hooks under the hightop tables to hang your coats and bags. - All the shoes ($5 Rentals) and bowling bowls are new and in great condition. - There is a bar with lots of adult beverage choices. - The food menu had your typical American fare. Last time I went the Owner allowed many families to walk around with no masks. This time no one was there and I was with the 46 year old special needs man I work with. We were sitting watching the news at the bar while he drank his soda. The owner walked in and told us he wasn't allowed to sit at the bar and made us move. Wow! Went here to play a couple games with friends. We booked 2 lanes and paid for 2 games for each lane. Halfway through the second game, the owner game over and told us we were done!. We said that we didn't even finish playing the 2nd game. He argued and said we played for time. We said we didn't, we paid per game. He told us that our friends left and we were done!! "You are done!!" He said nastily!! We said no, our friends are here.with us. He kept saying to leave and we were done!! My husband showed him our receipt and then he said oh And walked away. After many years of league bowling here, the management neglected their duties to protect their patrons during covid times. Last week, they allowed over 50 people in the club without masks while my league was playing. We asked for them to enforce the state policy guidelines, they said we could leave if we didn't feel comfortable. Next day, they "severed" (their word) their relationship with our league. I will give this place a 2 star and it's only for the look of it and the music. It's a really nice looking bowling alley w lights and big screens playing music videos all, but that's where it ends. Also the man that was cooking the food was super sweet. So I bought a Groupon for $39 that included for people with shoe rental for one hour. When we went to pick out the shoes the owner was very rude because we were trying to decide what size shoes to Gab as you know bowling shoes or tend to be a little bit bigger than normal considering a variety of feet go in them. He was curt and seemed annoyed that for my niece we had to try two sizes on. The hour didn't cover two full games so that sucked and had the man been nicer I might've splurged and got more time but screw that. We didn't even know that we ran out of time until the game was over because there's no timer on it that let you know you're running out of time and this man had no hesitation in stopping that came right away as soon as the hour was over if it was even that long. Funny thing is, there wasn't anyone else but one lane full of people so would it have really been a big deal to let us finish the game???? Then I go to order food and I got nachos with chicken which was very good but when I ordered the one item, the man looked at me and said that it was like a look of disgust, perhaps, on his face. The prices on food are decently priced but we just wanted a snack. I gave the man a $20 bill and he gave me just queens back even though the nachos cost $10 and change. I said to him that he owed me another $10 and he out right denied that I gave him a $20 bill and I said I know I did and he said he knew that there was not a $20 bill in his drawer; then he opened his drawer and wallah!!! there was a $20 bill. he said oh I'm sorry and gave me my $10 change back. My previous review reflected a really great and affordable experience at this bowling alley however the last time I returned and requested the same package and was told that the shoes are no longer included in this package which essentially make the package null and void unless you have a group of 2-3 people. Also, we called to reserve lanes for a family party and it was clear that no effort at all was made to keep those lanes available to us when we arrived and we missed out on at least a half hour just waiting to be helped at the desk. Lastly, two out of the four lanes we used were consistently making errors on the pins and scoring. Totally revamped since I was here about 2 years ago. My biggest issue at that time was the outdated technology. It was hard to input all the info and the pinsetter kept getting stuck. We had to move 3 times during 1 game. But now there is all new equipment and much more space for seating!! It also just looks much more new and nicer. Wish I took pictures to include but the monitors and machine where you input names are totally new, you can take pictures of yourself which pop up on the screen and no problems with the pinsetter! We also ordered chicken tenders, fries and mozzarella sticks to share. Tenders and mozzarella sticks were good, fries were very meh. read more

My friend had a birthday get together here. We came on a Saturday and they had a $60 unlimited 2 hour bowling special which included rentals and up to 6 people. We also bought a $25 for $50 coupon so this was really a steal. The staff was friendly and I liked how they had lane servers who would bring the food out to you. We had a good time. The music could have been louder, and the computer machines could use a little updating but I imagine that would be an expensive overhaul. In any case, this is definitely a place worth checking out. I suggest also calling ahead of time to reserve a lane and also, make sure you don't come during the hours of bowling leagues, etc. read more

I ordered my son a hotdog off the kids menu and when it was given to me, it was very wrinkly and grey. I cut it open and it was very dark inside and smelled horrible. It was disgusting. But we were so excited to bowl that I wasn't mad, just told the man that it was bad and asked for a refund. He was so rude to me saying "what's the problem, it's a hotdog!" "What do you want me to do about it? it's fine". I got my refund after a lot of attitude and went back to bowling. He then came over and took the drink away from my son. Which is fine bc it was part of the meal. But you would think bc they served us a bad hotdog they would let my son still have the drink, NOPE. If I could give this place less than one star I would ! Listen when I tell you all to just go to bowlero or another bowling alley. The gentleman (not really a gentleman at all) has his daughter "working there" although he states she is not an employee . I came here with my family (including two small children 8 and 2 and my husband ) we used a Groupon but upon playing 2/3 games realized that we honestly couldn't play another game . We had other users chatting with us on our bowling machine ALOT. And at this time my kids were spent !!!! Tired and upset with the CONSTANT messages AND STAREs!! It's hard to not notice we were the only black people in the establishment . My son was not happy anymore and wanted to leave. I explained to him the people in the lane that were chatting with us we're teenagers and I'd see if we could come back on a day that there were less rowdy individuals . I proceeded to ask the girl who had checked us in if we could get a voucher for our last game and she said sure just don't start it and take off your shoes and return them. I proceeded to take off my kids and my own shoes as I began to take them to her she came back and said I'm sorry you can't get a credit for your last game it's a Groupon. I said let me speak to the manager she said he's in the liquor store . I waited about fifteen more minutes the gentleman came in . Seemingly drunk or tired with glossy eyes and he walked up to us and said "HI YOU CANNOT GET A REFUND ON YOUR GROUPON" I responded and said " hello how are you I'm not asking for a refund I was ..." He cut me off and said "goodbye u cannot get a refund" as I began walking towards the door I overheard him talking to his employee/daughter saying I was ignorant. Went to play a couple games after dinner with some friends on Sat. December, 14th. The guy checking us in asked if we wanted to play for time or per game. We said per game and played with a total of 7 on one lane. The bowling pin bar got stuck at the end of the 2nd game and we asked the owner if he could reset it. He told us our game was over. We said no we paid for 2 games. He said NO, you're game is over! We said NO, we paid for 2 games. He said, " How much did you pay, how many shoes...." He kept arguing with us and told us we were done! Then he told us we were playing on 2 lanes and that we were done. After 10 minutes of arguing, he checked his computer and said "Oh, there were 7 of you playing on this lane for 2 games?" Then he apologized. Not very good in the way of customer service! Immediately accusing and arguing is not very good business tactics. Unfortunately for them, my husband will never go there again!! He couldn't believe the rudeness!!!
