My only critique is her recordings are rather long about 25 mins or 30 min. I would have preferred 15 min as we are all so time pressed so sometimes found it daunting to listen to long recordings every night. Also another general comment about hypnotherapy and not on the people here is: sometimes we have deep subconscious patterns that have been embedded in us from childhood, its probably more useful to address these with a CBT/Mindfulness therapist and bring them out into the light and be aware of unhelpful patterns and work with therapist to help - this is not an overnight fix and it may take time to loosen these unhelpful, sticky beliefs but at least this way you are getting rid of them at root. Listening to hypnotherapy recordings will be more helpful once you have already done a bit of this preliminary work first otherwise you are just papering over the cracks by listening to recordings. Now Lynsi is very warm, open minded, non judgmental, supportive and does good hypnotherapy recordings for you based on your conversation. She uses nice metaphors in her hypnotherapy which I liked. I have mixed feelings about Eastburn Hypnotherapy and wish their business well. Since I feel strongly about justice and fairness for the consumer, I will share my experience here to help you. I signed up to a 12 package deal which I paid up end of 2015 and since end of 2017, they will not honour the 4 sessions they owe me due to several excuses ( too much time has lapsed etc) and blaming me for processes which were their responsibility. There was nothing in their terms and conditions to say I had to complete the package within a certain time period so I do feel a cheated. I would say pay session by session rather than signing up to a deal as you may encounter difficulty to get them to honour the whole package. Hope this helps! Gee read more

I have known the Eastburns for about 18 years! I first learned about them when I was seeking a non medical way to deal with some issues I had, but in particular, to deal with my infertility. Both Lynsi and Drake were kind and professional. Even back then, I remember developing a treatment plan and payment contract, including all the fees, as I was on a tight budget and couldn't handle any financial surprises. This was all done prior to my session when I was fully alert and oriented. I was so impressed with their service, that I went on to enroll in their Institute of Hypnosis to become a certified hypnotist. During this time, Lynsi was developing her formal Hypofertility program. I had been unable to get pregnant for 11 years! It was diagnosed as unexplained infertility by doctors, so nothing should have been preventing me from becoming pregnant, yet it just wasn't happening. Only a few sessions after we began using hypnosis for fertility, I became pregnant. Two years later, after my daughter was born, I had no trouble conceiving her little brother. Through the thorough and practiced use of Hypnosis that I was taught, as a hypnotherapist myself. I was then able to go on to open my own practice and become successful in my own right. In particular, I enjoy using Lynsi's HypnoFertility program to assist IVF families to boost their success rate! The Eastburns are fair, empathetic, wonderful practitioners and great teachers! If you have any questions about their financial plan, please ask prior to commencing the session. I have never met a more honest and trustworthy group of professionals then the staff at Eastburn Hypnotherapy. I've trusted my two teenage daughters to their care and have had other close friends bring their family members to Eastburn, all have had wonderful, amazing results. Drake and Lynsi are two of the country's top and most experienced hypnotherapists, I spent weeks researching them and confirming many of their hundreds of references. I was so impressed, that I even took several classes from them to learn more on how to quickly help clients using their methods (as I'm a registered psychotherapist myself). Yes, they're expensive, but they are the best. And I was much happier paying for my daughters to attend one or two sessions and see real positive results as opposed to years of "talk therapy". A side note: Drake and Lynsi do not tend to heavily promote themselves, they are both so humble, I think they shy away from anything that seems arrogant in any way, plus, they are extremely confidential with their clients' experiences. Word of mouth keeps them very busy, regardless. I initially went to Drake to stop smoking. I was a mess physically & mentally after I got divorced and free from an abusive man. Through Hypnosis Drake helped me turn my life around. I stopped smoking and then lost 65 pound over several years which I have kept off with minimal fluctuation for 10 years. Over the last couple of years he helped me face my fears and heal my past, then start a new career which I am thriving at now. I am no longer surviving I am living and enjoying my life.
