I bought a small non metal beaded bracelet online and left explicit instructions about my shipping address in Ohio in the space provided on their shipping portal. While their auction listing clearly states in the SHIPPING section " If you use our in house shipping our shipping software will email you a a shipping quote for the items you bid on and won that need to be shipped.", I got an invoice rather than a quote. If this was not irritating enough, they tried to charge $21.65 to send the small light beaded bracelet to Ohio. If they are charging extra for their time and packaging they should disclose this in their listings so people can make an informed decision prion to bidding. I see that they have lots of bad reviews. read more

These people are scammers. They forgot to give me an item won when I picked up my winnings, then charged me $11 to ship earrings that cost less than &5 postage. A company that charges for their mistake and also profits from it are the slimiest. I can only imagine what they do to rip off sellers. read more

The auctioneers and their staff bid against the customers. This is unethical and in most states, illegal. I've been to many Easterly Auctions and the staff has bid, and won, items in every single one. Sometimes they win the item, sometimes they just bid the price up. read more

Do not use Easterly Auction unless you are giving your items away. They promise to advertise and bring in a large crowd. They showed up the day of the auction and put out a few yard signs around the block. Maybe 15 people showed on their $2000.00 advertising budget. Sold most of the items to his friends for nothing. I'm talking $500.00 pieces for $5.00. Skipped over people trying to bid and sold items without even working the crowd. It was a big mistake trusting this company and I would advise anyone thinking about an auction to stay away from Mike and his bunch. read more

They did an awesome job and at the end of the day they donated their fee back to the charity. These are good and kind people. I have loved attending their auctions for years and would not hesitate to call them if I were in charge of liquidating an estate. I can't say enough good things about them. read more

Buyer beware!!!!!!!!! especially online bidders . Invoices are sent conveniently excluding S & H charges with a grand total at the end. I bid online at a live auction on Super Bowl Sunday 2018. Many of the items were being passed due to no bids so the auctioneers starting to included that shipping was included in the price at the sellers request this helped to move things in a forward direction. After receiving my invoice I noticed that I was being charged an exorbitant S&H fee. I contacted Mike Easterly on 3 separate occasions and was told that shipping is never included in the price which I totally understand and that they do not list S&H charges separately really?? is that even legal?? but.. the item was auctioned including shipping. To no avail I tried to correct this mistake. So be careful what you believe and don't believe in good customer service from this company it just isn't there wish I would have read reviews beforehand!!!! :( :( Will use this site again read more
