The response today from customer service after waiting online listening to elevator music (never waited before the phone was always picked up immediately and there was a nice person on the other end) was terrible - he essentially told me that I was out of luck and I should try home depot. Really? Then I asked if the maintenance contract I had with AIC was still good and of course he said I don't know I'll need to look into that. I told him that their were many alternatives to his alarm service. Going to look into internet-based systems like Simply Safe - screw them. If I could give them a zero I would.
