Although Dan recommended replacing all three panels, he understood our initial goal was just to add an EV charging outlet. He suggested a practical solution: replace only the panel serving the new outlet. Dan provided clear quotes for several options, including removing old electric heating panels in the garage, installing a new panel for the EV charger, and replacing all panels and wiring in the garage's electric room. So, au dutifully waited and called two months later and was told that they're busy and might be able to "JAM" the job in a few weeks out but can't promise, and Chuck's attitude was so defeatist--he said I can get someone else...This isn't responsible nor ethical. Their name should be "DELAYED" or rather "We'll cancel after we string you along ..." Really disappointing, guys, and i'm spreading the word.
