While the initial work that he did was fine, the service afterwards leads us to that we can't possibly recommend them for electric work. We asked Brian to wire our living room from our office with cat5 as we had a need for a wired connection. He installed the wire and on the surface, it looked fine. When it didn't function properly, repeated emails and calls to Brian were yessed to death and left hanging. He even lied to say he stopped by our house and left a business card. I eventually diagnosed the problem that he wired the cat5 incorrectly as a crossover cable. Once I relayed this to him, still, he continued to blow me off. I even offered $10 for him to stop by when he was in the area to correct the job he had done wrong and he STILL didn't come. In the end, a friend recommended a crossover cable adapter ordered online and that fixed the problem (as 2 crossovers equals standard ethernet, so the adapter canceled out the crossover effect). So, after 4 months of trying to get Brian back here, I fixed the problem myself, at my own cost. Now, the cable has stopped working altogether and I have no reason not to believe it wasn't the poor job he did installing it. For that reason, I cannot recommend them for your electrical needs.

If you prefer the big llc / corp without personality, reasoning, advise, respect, basically to treat you like any other person without personalizing the experience, Hamid isn't your guy. As for those who read the bad comments on his page, need to be upfront with expectations. When meeting Hamid and discussing what I would like done which was installing a ceiling fan, adding outlets to areas for microwave and dishwasher, installing recessed lights (14) and 3 ceiling lights, and upgradings from a small panel to a much larger one, and lastly going from 100 amps to 200 service, I knew it was a big job and it would take some time. When he tells you to work with him, then that's what you do if you're prepared for it. We were upfront with what we needed and so was he. Other electric companies put you on hold with an answering service. I called him on a Sunday while doing a light fixture on my own and he picked up. No waiting, quick response to text or call. He also advised and taught me a few things. This means that he is the type to Wal you through it if you can tackle a small task and save money. Not to mention the quality of work, A+. It was like pulling teeth to have…read moreBenny respond to us and then when we finally had the work done, one of the dimmers wasn't working properly which his worker failed to inform us. We asked him to come back and fix it to be able to dim. Benny kept giving us the run around and blamed us for it not working. The day he came out to fix it, he came into our house without our permission and started the work after saying he would come between a reasonable hour. He made it seem like we owed him something for having him come out at 7 when it was his fault he came so late. I wouldn't recommend this company because you'll be made to look like you're an idiot and have a stranger barge into your home without your permission. Save your money and go elsewhere.
