The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

Since that wasn't an option for us, we decided we would bring the car back in the morning and simply asked for help removing the tire. Unfortunately, no one offered assistance or even provided a better tool to help us remove it ourselves. This was especially disappointing because we purchased all four tires from this location just a few months ago. Customer service should matter, especially for existing customers.
