The bent wheel was to me a low priority as that car is really and truly an extra car and only driven on good days, it's a convertible. I called on a Monday, they checked the appointment book and scheduled me for that Wednesday. Come Wednesday, dropped the car off in the morning and a few hours later received a phone call saying your car is finished and can be picked up. They gave me a lot of education about keeping an eye on the alternator and the price was fair. During my time waiting there was a tv and good air conditioning which was appreciated on a very hot day. I observed several interactions with customers and they had such a good rapport and tried to provide knowledge as well as good customer service. I feel very fortunate that this happened next to a shop that could help me so quickly and professionally. I will definitely be returning to have my car serviced when needed.
