If you need an emergency repair here you're really out of luck. I usually wait for my car but I'm so glad I did not this time because their AC is set to 74! The thermostat is in a cage and can not be adjusted. As a person with health issues it was too hot to stay there. It's also horrible to subject your employees to these temperatures especially with the upcoming heat wave.

After a recent 50 minute drive the "Check Tires" light on the dash went on. The next day I called Burns and they were able to take a look at the tires the same day. I drove over, handed John the keys and he pulled it into his bay at the rear of the garage. He quickly checked each tire and found that all of them had low psi. He filled each to the proper pressure and was done in 5 minutes. He drove my vehicle around to the front and handed me the key. No charge. I gave him a small token of my appreciation which brought a smile to his face and a strong sincere handshake. It is these little things (not to mention the big ones) that make Burns Auto Repair indispensable to my family and the rest of the Newtown community.

My bbq tank was empty and weighs 17 pounds and when they filled it I got home it only weighed 33 pounds --5 pounds short of 38 which is supposed to be 80% filled. Price $22. I contacted them when I got home they did not argue the fact and said bring it back in will add more but I'm busy in my day and don't have time to revisit. Contacted Bruce's propane in Levittown I used to go -and they said yes it should have been 20 pounds added to the tank giving it 37 pounds for $20. I'm going to use Bruce's from now on-
