We set up an appointment for the following Wednesday at 2:30 PM. I sent a follow-up text after the phone call, and Alan confirmed "Ok I have you set for then." When 2:40 PM came on Wednesday, I called and Alan said he would not be able to make it. He explained that he did not write down my information and booked someone else in my place. He said he might be able to do later that evening at 5 PM - this was before the bomb cyclone that we had (I thought) luckily scheduled before. He never showed up later or even contacted me that he wouldn't make it. I finally texted at 7:15 PM that I would no longer need his services. On top of that, he made no efforts to keep my business after I sent this message. I would not recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a professional with reliability.
