I sent a text to Loc Doc on Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning I went to the web site and filled out a simple form and Tuesday evening Steve called me up. Wednesday 9:00 am Steve and David came to the house, took off the three locks and quickly determined that corrosion was the problem for all three and explained what I should do in the future to prevent. They cleaned up the mechanisms, re-installed, made sure that they were working smoothly and then went and sprayed SuperSlick into all of the other locks. They were here (a truly remote location in Pitt County) for about 90 min and charged $175. Then they headed across the creek to Yoder's for breakfast. Good guys, great service. Recommend highly.
