I explained that I had my accounts through USAA being an active duty military member. Rather than assist a customer with such a simple task, he tried to sell me a product and open an account. Unfortunately this does speak very highly for TD Bank as it quite simply shows that they DON'T care for customer service but rather trying to enhance their quota.
