Our 7YO is in an LOL Surprise fan, so we were thrilled someone could dress as Diva from the series. We had Audrey as our entertainer, and she was a true professional from beginning to end, texting clear details of her upcoming booking with us, showed up on time the day of, and she had such a sweet and friendly demeanor. She came dressed to do face painting, (a true artist! Some images were painted on kids arms), shared magic tricks, then made balloon animals. She then changed for photo ops in the famed costume and our kid guests just had such a blast with her! As busy parents it really made such a difference to have a stress free party and Audrey fit the bill perfectly. We will definitely look to Copy Cats for Kids for future events.

The communication was not great. The instructions are that you'll be contacted by the entertainer the week prior to the event. Fri morning I hadn't heard anything so I reached out and was told she'd contact me on the afternoon and they never did. The following morning (day of the party) they reached out and said they had an incorrect phone number and they didn't respond Fri evening b/c of business hours. Mistakes happen, very understandable but all of it could have been avoided if they didn't wait until the afternoon before the party to reach out. Tiffeney was incredibly apologetic, the owner never apologized, just explained the oversight and how negative review impact the business.

He dressed up as a Pirate, played games, made balloon swords and a magic show! He was very good with the children, and made sure everyone had a good time.
