Tony Cappelletti at United States Brokerage did a fantastic job of guiding us through the whole thing, including helping us find the incoming warehouse and introducing us so the freight company would communicate with us. It was especially nerve-wracking because the Coast Guard selected our container for search, and Tony was able to assure us that this wasn't our problem, probably something else in the container. He also can help with moving if you have routine needs. The price was very reasonable, much less than the French company charged. I could not have done it without his help.

When I came to the custom office, I've been informed that my cats are not cleared yet, 2 hours after arrival. I called AAA, they gave me Larisa's personal number, she didn't pick it up, I left voice message, no response. i had to contact new broker, payed her, got clearance, and then AAA charged me too, claiming that they cleared cats. you can imagine my anger. In between I had another conversation with AAA, woman was very rude, saying that Larissa is very sick, oh yeah we heard that story. I asked Larissa on email if she was in ER whole day, I don't think so. after all stress they caused me, they had a nerve to charge me. no worries I expressed myself clearly, and most likely will dispute this charge.

Well first the pickup was not covered and no one showed up after I took a day off from work. Then at 230 am the next day I get a call from a very rude tow truck operator telling me I never called him. How does any of this make sense. I am requesting a refund but the delay for failed service is going to cost me more money. I failed to check the reviews prior so that is on me. DO NOT USE MONTWAY AUTO TRANSPORT, THIS IS A SHADY BUSINESS AND I HAVE NO IDEA IF I AM GOING TO GET A REFUND. UPDATE.
