I booked the service to pick up me and two friends from an international flight arriving at the Philadelphia airport and needing to get home to three locations in the Baltimore area. Kirk texted me as soon as we landed and communicated with me until we cleared customs and was waiting for us curbside as we exited the airport. A smooth ride home and dropped us off to three different locations handling our heavy luggage and making sure we each made it into our home before pulling away - all for a reasonable price. We finally got home. I set up the trip and received all communications from Freedom Car the days before flights, questions after each flight. The driver that picked us up (5:30 am) for 1st flight came to porch and walked us to car with a flashlight--was extremely polite, helpful, careful with bags and took a direct route to airport. On our return flight the driver didn't call me as I expected (called my husband who was not waiting for a call) . We don't travel as much as in past but have always appreciated the lovely drivers we've had. This driver was not helpful in several ways which made the return pickup less pleasant for us. I was very pleased with the service from Freedom car. Very accommodating with our last minute changes due to our flight being cancelled and change in pick up the next day. Everyone I spoke to or texted with was helpful and supportive. Patrick drove us from the airport to the cruise port and assisted with the baggage while I handled the wheelchair. Dennis picked us up at the cruise port and drove us to the airport. At the airport he went inside to get us a porter. He was not successful with that but did get the wheelchair assistant who took our luggage so I could handle the luggage. I am so thankful for their assistance. read more

I have traveled with Freedom Car for many years as a passenger along with one of their other clients. This was the first trip that we booked Freedom Car on our own and this company continues to provide excellent service, always five star! Kenny picked us up and he was delightful! He gave us the insight on the training that is provided for the team members and kept us entertained on that early Sunday morning to BWI. Rick picked us up Saturday night and again, Freedom Car service was spot on! We were adversely affected by the TSA lines here in Baltimore because that's where our flight was originating to come pick us up in Nassau. Our flight ended up being three hours late and I knew from past experience I would not have to contact Freedom Car, I would not have to get stressed about transportation home - Freedom Car would be waiting for us no matter when we got in as they were tracking our flight. I apologized profusely to Rick as soon as I saw him about the delay and he was gracious and friendly, and showed no signs of impatience at the delay. This company is truly at the top of their game. I spent my career dealing with the public and I know that it can be challenging, but when you provide the service that this company does, I would hope that for the most part, it is all smooth sailing. My husband had an accident at the end of 2022 that left him a quadriplegic. After searching for wheelchair accessible transport services near us, a friend and I came across FreedomCar to get to his first doctor's appointment since being discharged from rehab. It charges you from the time they leave their company to come pick you up, which was very unfortunate since the company is about 40 minutes away from where we live. Anyways, thought to try. What do we know? All this is new to us. Our driver sped through the traffic so much that when she braked suddenly on the highway, my husband lurched forward and crashed back into his wheelchair, sustaining a whiplash. I was so angry! Being a quadriplegic, he was helpless. Didn't understand why she was speeding so much since we were an hour early to our appointment. Maybe she was having a bad day? We had already booked a second trip with this company. I thought to cancel, but my husband said we should give it another try and HOPE we'll have a different driver. No. Same driver again, but this time she was more careful. However, I do not recommend their service. Too expensive and too poor an experience or experiences.
