He taught new techniques for dead lifting and I was pleasantly surprised with how much it not only helped me with strength training but also with cardio. The gym is clean, well run, and provides excellent attention to its clients. I live out of town but I plan on visiting Heirloom Athletics every time I come to Cambridge. A++++ experience.

I travel often and tend to test out new yoga studios and no studio quite compares. I have never had a bad class at prana - and I've taken a class with Kathleen (the owner), Charlie, and MacKenzie (regularly). They do keep the studio HOT! Which I love. Each class has been different and unique. The instructors all know you and are all so welcoming. I'm moving away in a couple of months and I feel truly blessed to have found the studio, even if only for a short period of time. I will definitely return if I'm ever in the area!
