I am have been home owner and real estate agent for years and this was by far the worse experience I have ever had with a lender. Even Quicken Loans (who is also terrible) was better to work with than this. The entire process from beginning to end was not transparent and I had to run behind the loan officer to get vital information. In addition, I have never had to work so hard doing the lenders job to obtain documents. Even my HR department questioned the competence of this lender when they didn't know who to call to obtain employed verification. Additionally, they sent no one to the closing to explain the loan and provided last minute information that could have delayed or voided the closing. I felt like they were working against me rather than for me. If you want to be stressed out due to incompetence, then go with this lender. Please do your best to avoid them.
