While I didn't eat, the food hall was pretty big and included options like Chipotle, Chick- Fil -A, and Sbarro. You could also find the mall snack staples like Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon. It is two floors with a somewhat awkward layout, so the directories scattered throughout were helpful. The bathroom I went to wasn't the cleanest, but it wasn't terrible. This is an outdoor shopping mall with some restaurants and a movie theater. It has changed…read morethroughout the years and right now I think it's on the down end of things. There are a decent amount of good stores (American Eagle, Soma, Victoria Secret, Sephora, Kendra Scott, Bath & Body Works, Books & Co.) and some okay restaurants (Panera, Chipotle, Cheesecake Factory, The Pub, Coronado Taco), but there is a lot of empty restaurants as well as random stores. The two main nicest restaurants are now gone so you are only left with one higher end steak house. They definitely need to figure out how to revitalize the area. Parking is ample.

Even before the pandemic there were quite a few empty retail spaces. This place is always kind of a traffic nightmare, although there is plenty of parking. Macys and Kroger are the major anchor businesses. Kroger has recently done a major upgrade to their space which is nice. There is dining, movies, coffee, gyms, shopping, gas, and even a Cincy Bell store. Sometimes they do events, which are on hold for now, but the calendar can be found on their website for the future. Entrances are available off Beechmont or 5 mile. Hopefully this spot will continue to grow, however that will not remedy the traffic issues.

The parking lot is oddly designed to promote pedestrian traffic for the retail shops. Sadly, even the store clerks aren't sure what's going on. Nordstrom Rack was the biggest disappointment of all.
