I appreciate Dr. Ren's quality care and she has a deep knowledge of the body and how to treat each pain. Her treatment involves acupuncture needles with 'stim' machines that uses electricity to stimulate the treated areas to release tension and promote healing. She also does cupping and gua sha (scraping technique) as needed - which really helps the treated area with blood flow and more healing. She gets to the point and her treatment has been very effective for me in alleviating neck, shoulder, back and knee pains. I want to add that in addition to acupuncture, she encourages me to make sure I continue to do stretches and specific exercises to keep my body strong and flexible - and I follow. I am feeling better at each visit. So I'd encourage everyone to do the same....don't just rely on one treatment to do the job for your whole body, keep consistent treatments and also do your homework = stretch and exercise! I know a lot of people are not familiar with acupuncture yet but I encourage you to look into it, ditch the quick-fix idea and heal your body the right way, from within.
