Also, the work gave me a sense of space in my abdominal cavity, where I had felt chronically congested due to congenital scoliosis. My walking, breathing, and digestion were immediately enhanced, and I was also relieved of emotional tension. She taught me some simple self care techniques to add to my daily fitness routines that are highly effective. I called and had an appointment within a few days. The first appointment was focused on immediately giving me a bunch of stretching exercises and changes on how I work.
