Horrible place! They are liars it started at my 1st cleaning here in early 2024 where they post poned it saying some lame excuse and I had to run around getting the Drs notes for it before they would clean my teeth. When I finally got it and seen the hygienist said she was going to ask my insurance for approval for a dental guard since she claimed I grinded my teeth when I sleep. Come to find out it was never done. I kept calling them about it and I got one lame excuse after the other then the last excuse they made about it was, "well you're getting partials now anyway so it doesn't matter. What??? Wow, how pathetic! That won't stop me from grinding my teeth. She was a pretty good and gentle, hygienist, too. Then I had them put in for a partial in October of 2024. I had one fitting. Two months go by and no one called so I called and asked what's up with my partial because my insurance never got the paperwork. they first said the partials were in. And I said why hasn't anyone called to tell me? She said, oh their really not in yet but, they are coming. I'm not stupid I know what I heard. So I made the appt. And the first time they told me 5 pm apt. I was there 4:45 and seen on a sign in front saying they closed at 5pm. So I asked about it. She said yes, they close at 5 pm but, your appt. was for 4 pm. I said that's not what you told me, I even called to make sure the day before. So I told them to just give me my partials and I could just leave and not have to come back. I live in Monroe county. They're in Northampton county. They lied and said they didn't have them and I was only there to do a second impression. They lied again because I was told they did have my partials in. So I told them I'll call to make an apt. So the next day I called to make an apt.for that Friday when I had a cleaning. I went, and my partials were there, just like that. Well, would you know! I told them I was told I had to do another impression. And they brushed it off. So shady. So I didn't like the color and some spots made it looks like gums were rotted. I told them. They told me I had to go up front to arrange to pay before I get them. What? B.S. I was never told by you before, nor did the insurance say anything. They said insurance paid half and I had to pay the other half. I told them no and I want to speak to a manager. So she was trying to call susha, or something like that to get information about the partials. Finally after about a half hour, give or take. Susha connects with the receptionist and told her to give me my partials. And that she was going to resubmit the paperwork to my insurance again. They must of realized I wasn't letting this go, no one ever told me the insurance didn't fully pay. Plus all the problems I had with them, previously. Absolutely NOT!!! I was arguing about this! So they then said am I absolutely happy with the partial because they can't return it once I take it. I wasn't happy with the color of the gums and the black looking parts between the teeth on the gums so I was going to leave them to get fixed, then changed my mind because I might not see them again especially if the insurance won't pay them. I'll tell you this, they aren't getting it from me. No one ever told me a price or anything. I'm no sucker! They got the right one. They are very shady and this is a very shady practice. Many many years ago this place did my partials and they were nice. Then they closed down for awhile. And when I asked about the old dentist here they said they were some type of relative and I forgot what they said about the doctor. Who knows what really happened. Id like to research this. I don't trust them and let me tell you about the hygienist, OMG! THIS IS A NEW ONE. I WONDER WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OLD ONE??? SHE TAKES THAT SCRAPPER THAT SHOOTS WATER AND DIGS SO FAR IN YOUR GUMS CAUSING EXTREME PAIN AND DONT STOP IF SHE SEES YOUR SQUIRM OR JERK. THATS NOT WHAT ITS SUPPOSE TO BE LIKE. SHES THE WORST I EXPERIENCED BY FAR! SHE KEPT DIGGING AND DIGGING AND WOULDNT LET UP. I WANTED TO SLAP HER.SHE DONT KNOW WHAT SHES DOING. DO NOT LET HER CLEAN YOUR TEETH. SHES A BLACK LADY IN CASE YOU GO THERE AND THEY WANT YOU TO DO A CLEANING. YOU CAN SEE WHO IT IS AND IF ITS HER, DONT DO IT. SHES RUING YOUR TEETH. IT STILL FEELS LIKE THERE IS SOMETHING STUCK INTO MY TOOTH. I WILL FIND ANOTHER DENTIST WHO CAN ADJYST THESE BIG PARTIALS, TOO! IM NOT GOING TO THEM EVER AGAIN! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY ALL LIE, THE QUALITY OF CARE IS HORRIBLE, AND I BELIEVE THEY SCAM YOU. DONT GET A ROOT CANAL IF THEY RECOMMEND IT BECAUSE OF A CAVITY. I've never seen such a poorly managed organization. On two occasions Easton Bright Smiles canceled my appointment because they said I didn't confirm I was attending. They never sent any confirmation messages to me. The last straw was today when I arrived about 40 minutes early for my appointment, only for the receptionist to tell me that my appointment wasn't until 3 hours from that time. I showed the receptionist the text I got and her response was to forget about me while I patiently waited. When I inquired what was going on, she acts as if she's doing me a favor by telling me she'll put me in an about another hour! Yes, because I have nothing better to do than sit around and wait and have my appointments canceled through no fault of my own. If you value your time, avoid this place. read more

Any cavity and they will tell you it requires a root canal. One gentleman in the waiting room said they did 7 on him just last year. They told me my daughter had 2 cavities....both need root canals. These dentists aren't Endodontists so they require you sign off that you know there could be serious complications and they will be unaccountable, if so. An Endodontist has 3 more specialty years of training, but these general dentists are doing this. Cavities don't cost as much as root canals. You can bill big bucks for root canals, but not cavities. Cha ching. They will tell you after any cavity, if it hurts later down the road you will need...wait for it......a root canal! How about preparing the tooth correctly so the problem is fixed? If you don't drill down and get out all the decay, it will still decay. Duh. Shady. read more

The supervisor whom works on your insurance was rude and hung up before I even finished talking. She kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain my situation hence didn't want to resolve issues. Instead I am just left to pay out of pocket for an expensive procedure and don't have any idea if paperwork was properly filled out with insurance. Tried to get answers from insurance and was told to talk to dentist office. I am a new patient and have already been treated with disrespect. They also don't get back to you on issues in a timely manor when you leave a message and get mad when you actually reach a human. read more

Charged me an arm and a leg and billed my insurance for a crown that was more like a filling and fell out within a month. It wasn't a porcelain crown. The dentist said is was some new material they use for crowns. It literally fell out after a month. I would never set foot in there again read more

I just finished my treatment for root canal + internal tooth bleaching. Everything looks great! I was referred to Easton Bright Smiles by my regular dentist's office because they were backed up with endodondist appointments. The doctor and staff at Easton Bright Smiles made me feel so comfortable and they really did a great job! If I didn't have my regular dentist, I would be so tempted to change! I've went to the dentist for over a period of two years and I've had multiple issues there. I went there to get three root canal's which they all put crowns on and two out of the three have come off multiple times. I am now at a new dentist and the dentist says that I need to get all three of my crowns replaced because whoever did them there did not do a well job and I'm at risk at loosing my teeth permanently because of it. I just went to go floss and one of my root canal crowns did come off. Will never be returning staff was rude in the front and dental work is garbage. read more

I had an emergency on the Friday before memorial day with a chipped tooth and no one could fit me in. Luckily I got in touch with Bright Smiles and they got me in right away. The wait time in the lobby was short and they did a fantastic job. Becky is helpful with insurance questions and the dental work is top notch. I highly recommend using them. read more
