Dentist was great, reviewing everything with me after her exam and the plan thus forward in great detail. Also great bonus is a tv to watch for the kids while getting a cleaning as well as a prize token at the end of the visit to use in the toy machines. Dr. Farah's office offers different scented laughing gas and it's so much cheaper and we don't need to keep track of a mask. Our son was terrified of his last dentist. He would always scream and cry. Here he is so calm - he actually looks forward to going! Our oldest daughter is disabled and severely autistic and Dr. Farah has a pediatric anesthesiologist that she partners with to offer in office sedation and also partners with St Luke's if your child needs it. My 19 year old aged out of his insurance and they provided service without informing me. They sent a bill instead. I just want to give fair warning about this dentistry office and how they operate. After repeatedly calling his current (other) dentist and being sent to voicemail several times, I decided to check my options. The receptionist was a real live person who was courteous and actually concerned for the well-being of my son. She was able to get him in immediately and we are currently awaiting our appointment. She even offered to request his x-rays so that I did not have to go through that process again. I will update this review after the appointment and tooth extraction. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this be a positive experience for my son.
