The side salads are already made in the case and the fountain beverages are self serve. There are more options in the cooler and craft beers are available at the bar. The pizza is thin and very good. I liked that it was cooked in a brick oven and came out fairly quickly. I did see the gelato when paying so I got the raspberry and strawberry sorbet after finishing my dinner. I didn't indulge in those, but I did get a canned sparkling water (the water quality issues in this part of North Carolina are well documented).
