We drove up for lunch yesterday and had high expectations because the parking lot was nearly full. This was our first time there. The staff was very friendly, but that doesn't negate the low quality of the food. I had the Olivia's Old South chicken salad and it would have been good with a quarter of the mayonnaise, had one small chunk of boiled egg and I didn't see any sweet relish. The Mac n Cheese was thinned out Velveeta and macaroni. Not good at all. My husband had had the Classic Carol chicken salad and again had way too much mayonnaise. My Daughter brought me lunch from this location . It was very very good . She got me what three worker told her was the most popular type of chicken salad and some of the grape salad and even a slice of cake. I'm not sure what it was all called but it was very very tasty and I look forward to having it again.. might be a while because I've never seen these in WA state where I live. Stopped by for a very quick lunch and was surprised but all they have on the menu. I ended up getting a "quick chick" just a small order of chicken salad and opted for the classic. It was very good, the portion size is large and I'll be able to eat it for two meals for sure. I did have to ask for crackers though. The price isn't too bad. Just over $7. It did need salt, it was fairly bland. Overall, pretty good and definitely a quick lunch choice. read more

My sister and I have enjoyed meals from here before but our most recent purchase made us both sick. We'd ordered different kinds of chicken salad, yet we both got sick from it.Makes ne wonder if refrigeration is the culprit. I'd also ordered the potato soup with bacon and cheese to the side. When I opened the container there was a big clump of undercooked bacon on top of the soup. The soup was solid, no broth. Like it's a frozen soup that they add water to. I called and the lady who said she was management was quite impatient. Said some customers like soft bacon and some like hard bacon. I said soft bacon? This was raw bacon! Then she snapped back, do you want a replacement order or your money back? I said no, don't want either, but you need to look over your employees shoulders now and then to see if they're endangering customers with undercooked raw bacon. I ended the call then. We noticed their health rating was a 92, instead of the high 90s it has been. Check your food if you buy there, something is off at this location now. read more

I have driven past this spot for months. I have always heard good things about it but I never had the time to stop and eat. I finally visited and let me tell you, I can't believe I waited this long to come here! The food was very good! The portions were not big, but that's not a deal breaker for me because I love a nice light lunch or a light dinner. I had the Dixie chick, and the grape salad. The wife and I eat there once a week at minimum and have never had an issue with our food until today. The chicken was great as usual, but the bread was stale. Nothing worse that eating a sandwich on stale bread except eating stale bread that's been toasted. It's those little details to food prep that will ruin a restaurant. I will go back again and order my usual but if that happens again, I will find someplace else for my weekly visits. read more

This was my 1st visit here on 4/10/23. Overall the experience was okay. For me and the price I paid ($10 and some change)I would have loved more fruit! This was what I ordered as my side. Service was quick and the young lady at the drive-thru was very friendly. Unsure of the inside as I utilized the drive-thru. However, the outside area was clean. Very tasty and fresh food! They have lots of different types of chicken salad so you can get sweet or savory depending on what you like. Also the cookies are a good treat, too. You will spend a bit more than I'm used to for fast food, probably in the realm of what you would pay for Panera or similar fast casual, though. Amazed by the number of options, she went with the Fancy Nancy and won't stop talking about what a nice flavor it had. Went through the drive through. Made it home without my complete order. For the order, we asked for no cheese or bacon. Instead it appeared the doubled up on both. When I called to ask for a refund, for the items I didn't receive, I was met with a very nasty attitude employee (allegedly shift manager) who refused to refund unless I returned to the restaurant with my card. I didn't know until today that I liked chicken salad. My wife wanted to go here for lunch so I figured I'd give it a shot. I had a chicken salad BLT on a croissant and was quite impressed.
