Just bad service…read more #1 - misdiagnosed, and I went to another podiatrist and get everything fixed immediately. #2 - I am still dealing with billing issues, six months after my one visit. The receptionist/accountant basically is pointing the finger at me for their "change in accounting software" error. Can't people just pick up the phone and call me? Why in the world would I be opening mail from Matthews Foot Care five/six months after my one visit - now all of a sudden I owe them more money for terrible diagnosis and service? Whatever - don't go here. I shouldn't have - I had a bad vibe the moment I walked through the door.

So when it was time to check me out she saw that I did have insurance but continued to be nasty saying she couldn't move forward with my future appointments without my card I asked can I email it one lady was about to say yes but she cut her off and said no we don't except that. I told her the she was being rude for no reason and I didn't appreciate that. I left called someone else and she said sure send it right over. About a week later I get a call from my PCP asking me to come in for a mood evaluation the Dr from Eastover foot and ankle called and asked her to talk to me about my attitude. I'm grown if he had a problem he could have just called me. So weeks have passed haven't heard anything from them about my surgery that is scheduled for next so I decided to call them and she told me that the Dr told her to cancel my appointment a week ago. I never received a call ‍. I personally feel that I was treated this way because I'm a young African American female. Her actions was very inappropriate and unprofessional.
