I explained the issue and he drove 20 miles to where I was broken down to diagnose the issue and was able to order parts. He came back the next morning and fixed my vehicle and got me on the road ASAP. He even took $40 off of my quote and told me that he would get that $40 back when he returned a part that wasn't needed for the repair. I would never have known. She's so rude…read more We were charged for a tire repair but they couldn't tell us what they fixed...the following week we went back (it's a 40 minute drive there) because our tire was still leaking air. Miss sourpuss from the office told us they didn't have time to fix it. I explained that we were already charged $40 for a repair that wasn't repaired! She told us to make an appointment, which we did - but never came back for it. Would you??
