They had some extra charges like shop supplies,$1.55 and another one Haz Matt at $1.55 Totaled $3.10 no where on there sign or hanging in the shop was this extra charge posted. Then they charged me $2.15 for additional oil. Now knowing that most if not all cars use a little more than 5 quarts if you fill the oil filter up with oil prior to installing it. But they pull you in with the $59.99 price. So the real quoted price should have been $65.19 + tax of 6.06 totaling $71.29 instead of $59.99 + tax 9.75% $$5.85 total $65.84 instead of $71.29. Underhanded tactics to raise the actual price that you get shocked with at the end of $5.25. + .21 extra tax. So $5.46 difference in the bill. I protested it and she just laughed at me. You should be informed of all extra charges if any before you agree to let them work in your car. Except Tsx we all expect to pay that one. As far as I'm concerned a man who operated his own business for 29 yrs. This is underhanded and crooked. I couldn't have ever imagined doing a job for someone and at the end. Saying the contract or advertised price went up because of some obscure charges I didn't inform you about at the beginning. No other station even Walmart that I have ever had my oil changed at has ever done this kinda sleight of hand to me. Darren Wingate a 64 year old man who has lived a little. This has got to be the worst dealership I have ever seen. The morons don't know how to do a tire…read morealignment correctly. Put my family in danger. Got them to do a tire alignment on a brand new Ram 1500 because it needed a repair back in April of this year 6 months later my tires are bald with metal hanging out the tires with only 13000 miles on the truck. Went back to the dealership and asked to see proof of the alignment, they would not provide any and said alignments don't last forever. I told them I know alignments don't last forever, was not getting anywhere with them. Took it to a reputable tire and alignment shop and they told me that the alignment was so bad that they told me this wasn't from hitting a pot hole or even running over something. My drivers side tire was at -0.40 and My passenger side tire was -0.50 way beyond what is normal out of alignment. Both my front tires were bald four inches across on the inside were my wife and I could not see it , that is why we didn't call them out sooner. The only reason it was discovered was because a member at our church saw it because our tires were turned out instead of straight. This place has really went down hill. If you are reading this look else where to get your vehicle worked on. If I could give a zero on this review I would.

Taylor Automotive should've apologized that I had to go through the inconveniences that I went through (paying to get my car towed back to their shop, just to get worked on again) but, instead they told me I was wrong and didn't know anything after I told them what it was doing. They also refused to work on my car again because I demanded them fix the problem that they caused. Not a single apology and the manager was a jackass.

Within minutes of giving my insurance information and location, I received a call from Buddy's with an ETA, the worker was there earlier than time quoted. Although I cannot remember his name, I want to give a shout out to him anyway for the exceptional service he provided to me in towing my Chrysler 300 to my residence from 3J's this Sunday morning. Without a doubt, they will be getting our business from now on. Great job Buddy's!!!
