i decided to come here since my normal piercing place was closed. they got to me pretty quick. i…read morecame in to get a conch piercing and recommended a hoop which i didn't think would be good for the healing process so i said im okay with a stud. i had my boyfriend come with me who is sensitive to needles but he came to my other piercings and did just fine. once they pierced my ear i started gushing out blood which has never happened, and they also told me i couldn't take a video of it happening. now i know why. he held the needle in my ear because of how much blood and didn't give me a warning for the switch and it was my most painful piercing experience. my boyfriend got quezy from all the blood and ended up throwing up in the shop, and of course they were all making jokes about it with me still there. anyways, a couple days later the bar was way too short for the stud and it almost caused and bad infection. i have super bad pain and i never experienced this from a piercer before. i got it changed today at tattoo parlor in port orange and they put a longer bar in to help the healing process. i would not recommend this place. bad service, bad piercer.

We walked in excited expecting we were getting piercings, they asked how they can help us and we said we were there for the sale. They proceeded to tell me that the sale was over and i asked well it says 10PM? they said that they were tired and done for the night and i told them i completely understood. The girl behind the counter with red hair then PROCEEDS TO SAY "That's the price you got to pay for waiting last minute." I was astonished with that comment, i even turned around to look at my group. I said "wow okay." We turned around and walked out. OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR, i said to my group "..Then why say you're doing a sale til 10 PM." then the other girl with a short curly bob then proceeds to scream and fly out the door and yell at us. She said "You fucking tattoo your back for 10 hour straight and tell us how your fucking back feels." i turned around and i said "excuse me what is your problem?." she continued to say that i was the one that had a problem and im the one at a lost. i continued to tell her that's extremely rude and unprofessional, they are the ones loosing sales. i told her nobody was getting tattoos, just piercings. Then i proceeded to tell her that she's extremely rude and there was no reason to speak to us like that. that they failed to update their policy and that they are out of pocket for treating me like that when it was their fault. i understand the situation of being tired and everything but other people have jobs as well. But it doesn't kill to make one post on instagram saying that you're done for the night. i made a complaint to the owner of both stores. and the receptionist said that this isn't the first time they have had complaints in the past month! wild behavior!

Morgan already had plenty of dragons pre-drawn with different varying looks with added color and/or fire coming out of its mouth. All of the styles she drew are $75 and I got a cute certificate of adoption! Suuuuppperrr cute. This was my first tattoo and my experience with Morgan was a 10/10. She is super sweet, funny and does not mind taking off the stencil a few times to make sure you're happy. I am totally going back for more tattoos! On top of getting my tattoo here, I get my Brazilian wax from Lucy Chiriboga! Your first Brazilian is $25 and then after that it's $50. She's literally amazing and super gentle! I had a year ago booked this and was unable to tattoo but I had finally gotten the chance to rebook & waited for the consult which Brittany approved. I explained & apologized for the cancel & she said it's fine & double checked the date with me which I confirmed & took off work for. I offered & added a small deposit to confirm my appt and waited another month. One week before my apt I received a phone call from the receptionist stating that my appointment was canceled... no reason. Literally word for word. Um... ok. "She left & wont be back until next week". Ok. One week.... Saturday I finally get a phone call that my deposit was refunded... no reason why. After a long wait.. finally Brittany came to the phone & said that she gotten an opportunity (a cruise) to go enjoy. I'm happy for her, but then explained that she will be making other customers a priority as she's now behind & would not know when she has availability to rebook... never have I ever heard a artist with such an excuse & push a customer away. Honestly... I feel like that's a load of bull. But sadly I was a very big supporter of the establishment but this whole situation was very unprofessional & very hurtful. I hope the future can be improved for situation as this, I won't recommend this place to anyone.
