When asked why, was told that it was out of budget so the elements were not included. Would not redesign and wanted to use "his contractor", who had higher prices than others. Went to someone else and now have fabulous room with all the requested design elements-and it was within our budget. Suspect he designs with cheaper elements to maximize his profits. I have done many projects and never felt so ripped off before.
