I hired and paid…read moreher (double our agreed upon amount) and she designed a guesthouse/ADU, that could not/would not /does not fit proportionally with my property nor within the Town's Conservation department's designated area on my property. She took no ownership of her mistakes, and only worried about continuing to get paid to revise her ill-fitting design. A highly experienced framer/builder who works with the most complex of houses and ultimately crafts the most spectacular work and my newly hired, very reputable/experienced architect both confirmed my description given the documents she produced. It is exceedingly disappointing and frustrating to write this review however, I am now months behind in starting, with thousands of dollars waisted/spent for the design of a house that won't fit on my property because of her arrogance and lack of architectural skills.
