We had wanted to do some upgrading of our own and contacted FHF to do our entire first floor: parlor, dining room, half bath, and large open kitchen family room area. We are talking about a 1000 square feet over all. The only area that had hardwood flooring originally was the foyer which we had them refinish. The floors look great. The crews were all completely professional and the project manager, Juliano, wants to make sure you are satisfied with the job. They ask for half of the cost up front with the remainder due when the job is complete and you are satisfied. You do have to live with a lot of inconvenience during the process. Primarily dust, a lot of dust, noise, and odor from the sealing. You need to move your smaller items out but their crew will remove your larger furniture pieces. Good time to have at least a two car garage. And they do put you large pieces back when finished. Overall this was well worth the money, time, and inconvenience.

Our newly painted apartment destroyed. They also messed up all our molding and stain is everywhere. I initially gave a 5 star review for bang for buck. Lovely people work there and some of the hardest working crew. the price was amazing for the quality of the carpet. it was soft and plush just like i wanted. Hope i don't have to install again for at least 10 years but if i do i will be using them in the future.
