This mall is more of an outdoor style mall. I saw quite a few people walking around with cute pups. Some buildings are a bit away, but not too far of a walk. It was great exercise. It was hot out, but then the ac in the stores were helpful. They have a forever 21, lululemon, banana republic, pottery barn, sephora, gap, game stop, victoria's secret, bath and body works, loft, express, american eagle, dick's sporting goods, pandora, and many more stores. There is few hotels nearby, I stayed at the Hyatt directly behind all the stores. There are super stores nearby - Walmart and Sam's Club. There are quite a lot of food options. I ended up trying out quite a few really good ones. They have Bravo Cucina Italiana - a nice italian restaurant. They have Boston's restaurant nearby if you want a more sports bar vibe. Champps is a great bar as well - they have a few food options with alcohol in it (even dessert). I did not try Capital Prime as I dislike seafood but I heard great things from others. If you are into fast food they have a culver's too. There are many other options that I did not get to try out, but it is worth checking out reviews. Overall, we had a good time walking around. They had music playing one night when we went to Bravo. Everyone had their own lawn chairs too. People were laughing and smiling. Many were seated outdoors to eat and get a view of the fun. Needed school jeans for the Grandkids and Old Navy had lots of options and matched the online price. Customer Service was great.

Now this is my type of mall! An outdoor shopping mall that is open and has all the stores I need. It's not like other malls and makes things very relaxing. It's not the best place during snow storms in the winter but you can always move your car to be closer to the store you're shopping at. Plenty of parking so it's not too hard to find a spot but it does get super busy during the holidays (of course). I really enjoyed that this mall was near the Walmart and had tons of great restaurants. Plus there is a DSW here, can't go wrong! read more

This is the areas newest mall....all town square style outdoor walkable. Many popular stores like Apple, DSW, Sephora, Williams & Sonoma etc....Several good food options like PF Changs, Max n Ermas, Champs etc....generally enough parking here except during peak nights where the restaurants eat up a lot of it. This center seems to be doing better than the local malls as I see few if any vacancies where the malls have many and are looking bad. We like it here. read more

Newer outdoor style mall with higher end chain stores. Good variety of eats, Italian, irish pub, Mexican, Chinese, a few dessert places as wellAmple parking, close to highway. A few hotels available and looks like some fancy apartment/condos are almost done. Nice upbeat atmosphere, will be visiting again next time I'm in town. read more

This is a pleasant outdoor mall in which to spend a couple of hours (or three or four). The location off US 127 is quite convenient. It is not quite a town center mall in its stylings but tends toward that direction. It has a nice vibe to it with an extensive number of shops. I particularly like the availability of Schuler's while my wife and daughter enjoyed places like Talbot's, Christopher and Banks, Express and Forever 21. I did not get a chance to make it into Dick's Sporting Goods but will do so next time I'm there. There was a nice mix of the practical and fun as I also made a stop at Verizon while I had the chance. There are several restaurant choices. We enjoyed our lunch at McAlister's between visiting shops. If you want something fun to do with some free time in Lansing, this is a good option. read more

Eastwood mall is a great place to shop if you want a lot of places to go while being outdoors. My favorite stores are the Loft and Francesca's because they are really nice and there is really good service, but when I went into Sephora I was greeted by Deana and I asked to try on lipstick and when I was telling her about nude lipsticks on me and how it dosent look right she said "Well there is a nude color for everybody no matter what skin color you have" in a really snotty voice and she was ignoring me sometimes but there was another lady named Jordan who was really really nice and directed and helped me a lot more in a respectful way. It's ok, mainly a lot of dress shops, but Schuler's books is there, and so is Pier 1 and Dick's (who picked that name for a store?), so there are some things to do. The parking is terrible, and sidewalks in the lots are rare. If you are lucky to get a spot only a few hundred feet from, say, Schuler's, and then decide to go to a store on the north end, you will find no parking. When you return to your old spot, it will have already been taken, so you will have to park at Walmart or at the far end of the theater lot and start walking. I do get a chuckle at the name of one of the internal roads: "Preyde Blvd." No false modesty there. read more

Not the most customer oriented store. The clerk was having a difficult time processing our payment, as their credit card machine was not working properly and kept throwing error readings. She enlisted her manager for help and he basically inferred it must be our credit cards that were the issue, as he had never previously experienced problems. He did not seem really eager to help process the transaction, then asked if we still wanted to make the purchase. He said "I guess I could try the other register if you want". Really?!?! It seems to me that he should have happily offered to find a way to take our couple of hundred dollars....We made the decision to go elsewhere with our business, to an establishment that would be thankful to get our money and our business, rather than being made to feel our credit was no good (which was far from the case, since we were traveling from out of town and knew exactly how much credit we had, as well as cash that we would have gladly used if treated respectfully). read more

Drove up from Jackson for dinner and some shopping. Chose to come here for the shopping. Several storefronts are closed leaving the centre looking depressing. Restaurants anchoring the centre appeared busy but the ambiance ended there. Recommend a Starbucks or similar as this centre has nowhere to buy a coffee while shopping. Left disappointed and drove back to Jackson for shopping there. read more

Not too shabby for Lansing, MI. This mall was built in 2003, and at the time considered very heretical- I mean come on, it is an outdoor mall in Michigan (the land of snow and ice). This is truly your place to stop if you're into destination shopping when you want to avoid the usual moan and groan of the other malls. There's a GAP, Banana Republic (the only one in Lansing), Williams Sonoma, Express, Dick's Sporting Good's and much more. Parking sucks during the holidays, at times you will have to park in the BFE which really sucks when its below freezing (hence the 3 stars). read more

Called the night before to have them hold an item. In talking to the person about the hold, she said they would honor the 20% off advertised on the web. When we got there, we were going to purchase a Le crueset baking dish but were told it was a different price than advertised. We also were going to purchase a pie plate and, again, were told it was a different price than was on the web. Both times we had to show them the prices on their own website. When we started to check out, the prices had to be manually changed and another item rang up at the wrong price too. The woman behind the register became loud and rude. She was asked to lower her voice several times, but she refused, so we left without purchasing any of the items we came in for. All along, the attitude of the employees were contradictory, argumentative and crass. If this is the way you choose to treat people, it will be the last time I make any purchases from your company. read more

Great mall!! but a bit of a schlep when you are a college student without a car on campus! I really like to come and see movies with my friends here. They have discounts during the week in which you can get a 5 dollar or two dollar movie ticket. Pretty good deal. In addition, they have very comfy movie theater chairs and plenty of screens to hold and show the latest movies. If you are looking a good place to go and see a movie in Lansing this is the place to go. read more

Great place for food and shopping ! Nice weekend hangout :)

Eastwood is one of my favorite shopping areas in the Lansing area. Lansing doesn't have the best selection of store, but Eastwood is still a nice place to check out. They have pretty good food and a movie theatre so there are things to do besides shop! On Black Friday, they offer free gift cards to the first 100 people in line at their office and each card has a random dollar amount on it that can be used in the shopping mall. I was lucky enough to get one a few years back and it came with some additional coupons for some of their retailers. I love that they now have and Apple Store here, also! read more

Nice outdoor mall. It has some upper end stores that the local malls do not offer. There are some nice restaurants and a great movie theater in this complex as well. There is plenty of parking available. They just recently added an Apple Store here which will be boon to all the nearby Spartans who need the Genius Bar to get all their laptops in top shape for classes. Great selection of stores and restaurants. Would not recommend if you want to go on a shopping spree, but if you need to get in and get out, it's perfect. Parking lot can get really crowded when busy. read more

Horrible. Got a violation for parking in handicap when clearly my sticker was down and we watched the security guard drive up to our car, not even get out, and then they got out, placed the violation on our car and left. If they would have had gotten out of their Buick security vehicle they would have seen our tag in the windshield but no. BE CAREFUL WHEN PARKING HERE! read more

Great shops, although they mostly seem of the "abridged-size" type. But no where else nearby can you get J.Crew, Pottery Barn, etc. Clean, well-lit, fun. read more
