They were kind, professional, efficient, and punctual! My only word of advice would be to the front office, they didn't seem to provide enough communication to the movers and they were short on packing supplies and just how much they had to pack (to be fair they still did an amazing job which is why I'm still giving 5 stars). I would've preferred a phone call as opposed to filling out the app so there wouldn't be as much miscommunication between the movers and the job they had to do. Also, while it wasn't an issue, I got an email about 18 hours before our move asking if they could reschedule it for 2 hours earlier. I would've preferred to be informed much sooner and not just through email but it worked out just fine. Overall I would absolutely hire them again and you should too! (Just be extra communicative about what you need).

Just the heavy things I can't do myself. I was charged $742. My original quote was $405-$565. They wanted to say it's because of the 2 hour drive that was "not included." Which was already in the quoted price where it says it's included! I provided an image that says it was included. I had to argue with the movers and speak with a supervisor. I had moved an entire house for $700 before. So for a single room move for $742 is nuts. Also need to mention they will lie about the time on the detailed receipt that they worked more hours than how long it really took. The time from start to finish was 9:00 to 11:00. So be alert to look at that. Also lied that they were charging more because they were "assembling" my bed frame, which they indeed did not and I didn't need them too. So I ended up paying $600. Which is still more than the quoted price and an hour long interaction about the pricing.

It cost us $2800 to hire them to move a lot of furniture that was worth a whole day's work. However, upon further inspection as we're settling in, there are 2 armoire, changing table and bookcase that are damaged. The 2 armoire were $1466, the changing table was $319 and bookcase $50...they compensated us around $200. They also broke off the leg of the kitchen cabinet that was worth $400, but they did super glue it back...I'm just beyond devastated. If you hire them, please do a full inspection, they'd put the furniture there, but you need to make sure all the screws are there, there aren't any cracks, otherwise the furniture will become dangerous like ours. It's just an absolute safety hazard. I'm really sad about everything, especially the changing the table. I should have just bought new furniture instead of spending $2800 for someone to break them.
