Would be one star, but I added a second star because the guy on the phone was very kind, and one extra star because this is about my dissatisfaction with a moving estimate, not the actual service. They were kind, professional, efficient, and punctual! My only word of advice would be to the front office, they didn't seem to provide enough communication to the movers and they were short on packing supplies and just how much they had to pack (to be fair they still did an amazing job which is why I'm still giving 5 stars). I would've preferred a phone call as opposed to filling out the app so there wouldn't be as much miscommunication between the movers and the job they had to do. Also, while it wasn't an issue, I got an email about 18 hours before our move asking if they could reschedule it for 2 hours earlier. So I read every word on their website, and had my husband check them out as well. We were very impressed with all of the information on there, and decided to give them a try. Best. decision. ever. They showed up to our place right on time, and were extremely careful, friendly and fast. Since we had just donated our car the day before our move, they let my husband ride in the truck with them to our new place, while I took the train. Their guys are really strong, and I was amazed at how efficiently they moved our stuff. When our bed wouldn't fit into the doorway, they found a way through the back porch and maneuvered it to our 2nd floor place without a scratch. They usually charge extra for this kind of thing, but thankfully gave us a break and did it without the charge. We were sure to tip them nicely, of course.

The only good thing was that the movers were cordial and nice. Literally nothing us was good about…read morethis experience. It cost us $2800 to hire them to move a lot of furniture that was worth a whole day's work. However, upon further inspection as we're settling in, there are 2 armoire, changing table and bookcase that are damaged. The 2 armoire were $1466, the changing table was $319 and bookcase $50...they compensated us around $200. They also broke off the leg of the kitchen cabinet that was worth $400, but they did super glue it back...I'm just beyond devastated. If you hire them, please do a full inspection, they'd put the furniture there, but you need to make sure all the screws are there, there aren't any cracks, otherwise the furniture will become dangerous like ours. It's just an absolute safety hazard. I'm really sad about everything, especially the changing the table. I should have just bought new furniture instead of spending $2800 for someone to break them.
