Immensely disappointed in Cami. I have already spoken to two other parents who also shared similar experiences. Apparently after the hearings, Cami goes MIA. I don't think she understands how to complete the paperwork in LA County courts. Our hearing was on November 1st, 2022. The last we heard from Cami was Dec 2, 2022. She failed to notify us that forms were due to the courts on December 22, 2022 and that our son's conservatorship case would go inactive 60 days after the hearing. I texted, emailed, and called her constantly, only for her to finally communicate in February 2023. I begged her to complete the last remaining paperwork. I finally had to have my son's court appointed lawyer complete the last paperwork (which was not a part of her duties but she felt sorry that we had our paralegal abandon us). My son's court appointed attorney even sent Cami examples of how to complete the paperwork, I begged her call the attorney so we could get the paperwork completed, she NEVER did. The other two parents had similar issues where she fails to complete the last of the paperwork or have a clear understand of how to complete it. My son's court appointed attorney said she is seeing this frequently where paralegals abandon their clients because they are unable/cannot comprehend how to complete the final paperwork. BEWARE! I read Cami's reply and it's complete BS. My lawyer and I emailed her examples of how to fix her mistakes. After the hearing you have to send in paperwork which she neglected to tell me because she went completely MIA. You've been warned. Also we paid for her entire services upfront. Which is sketchy. read more

Horrific!!! They completely ripped us off and had no idea what they were doing. We used them for an adoption and it seemed that it was going to be an easy process. They did noting at all and it was a total Scam! Do not use them!!! The owner is rude and obnoxious!!! 2/16/216 - Took my paperwork that Cami had created to the bank to get notarized and the notary said that he has done a lot of quick claim deeds and he noticed that under my name and my sisters it did not say successor and he thought it might be a good idea to make sure this is complete. I called Easy Legal and talked to Vicki and she listened and said that she would definitely look into this and get back to me the next day. Well a week has gone by and no phone call so I called back and Cami answered. As usual she was her rude self and said there was nothing she could do and she has been doing this for 20 years and hung up. One of the worse experiences I've ever had. Cami the owner has all these disclaimers about not giving legal advice, but she does give legal direction which is incorrect and cost me and my girlfriend an unnecessary $450 because her divorce case was past the statute of limitations, and as a paralegal, Cami claims in her 23 years doing this work, "I've never heard that before". The judge dismissed the case, which is what Cami should have known to file for, and then refile a new divorce case. When we asked for a refund, she refused, and didn't even offer to RIGHT the WRONG she did. She's very untrustworthy, and frankly plain rude. If she cared about her customers, she would have offered to fix the problem at no charge. Our opinion is, she only cares about collecting money. Then for other fees, she would only accept cash, so it's not traceable. VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE TO SAY THE LEAST. I recommend a knowledgeable, and caring paralegal. In our opinion, Easy Legal is not qualified, and should have gracefully refunded our money, but used disclaimers that contradict what they do. They don't know basic family law, that all other GOOD paralegal services should and do know. GO ELSEWHERE read more
