Months ago, when it came to hiring a lawyer, I had no clue who or what firm I was going to proceed with but after doing my due-diligence; Mr. Sua seemed like a valuable option. AND let me tell you, after everything was said&done.. the investment of hiring Brandon was more valuable than money itself. I'll start off by saying Mr. Sua not only is extremely knowledgeable w/ a great team working around him but his presence is well respected throughout the courtroom. Beginning with the judges & bailiffs, as well as others waiting in the courtroom amongst me. I remember a woman, who I have never met before, asking if I could give her his contact information after his performance for myself in court. With that being said, Brandon most definitely obtained the best results possible for my situation. Yes, you have to do what he advises you to do outside of court BUT upon my actions; he was able to not only get ALL my charges dismissed but he was able to obtain these results in a timely manner, which was great. All in all Mr. Sua will get you the desired results in the courtroom, to the best of his ability but that's not what made him a cut above any other lawyers I have heard about or seen. As young men, we sometimes make decisions that leads too unfortunate predicaments. In times as such, I have now realized it's crucial to have a mentor or someone you can talk to, that can give you meaningful advice as well as lead you in a path that will keep you out of trouble and displays a pretty damn good example, that its very possible to turn your life around. And with that being said, Brandon did exactly that for me. When things arose, wether it had to deal with obtaining employment or situation resulting from my previous actions, I now was able to receive guidance that I never had before. He was always straight up with me and honest about what I needed to hear, and that is something I could not put a value on. Even though my cases were just recently dismissed, in the mean time I had gained a much needed role model who showed me I could make something out of my life. With that being said, weeks before my last court date I was able to obtain employment in my new career with unlimited income capabilities. It might not have been what I wanted to hear from him all the time but it's what I NEEDED to hear and his example pushed me to strive for what I wanted. During a time I thought was going to be unpleasant and tough, turned out to be a pivotal time in my life. One of the hardest experiences a person can go through is domestic violence. When I sent an email to Brandon Sua and Associates, it was on a Sunday night after one of the hardest weeks of my life. THIS IS THE BEST FAMILY LAW FIRM if you find yourself and your family in serious need for help. I was referred to Brandon from a friend after I had paid for 2 consultations prior. I've been divorced for 7 years and needed a custody modification ASAP due to medical neglect. First, the hour long consultation was free. Brandon listened to every single thing I had to say, and advised me what I needed to do to prepare my case to go to court. I knew when I left the consultation, I'd be hiring him. ALL CHARGES DROPPED. INCREASE IN CUSTODY! I recently ran into some allegations fabricated by a disgruntled ex wife that included a criminal and domestic restraining order that led to temporary custody taken from me. I was literally facing a wave of unnecessary stress and mounting fees. Brandon's office immediately brought me in their office to assist. I was fortunate enough to have two amazing people (Rafael, and Katherine) working on my case. They were EXTREMELY professional and swift with their filings that immediately got the DA's office to drop all criminal charges. As for the domestic restraining order and custody.... I came to the Law offices of Brandon Sua and Associates because I was referred to them by a friend who also used them. On the initial consultation I was in a panic. Scared and nervous as I was facing two DUI's. Mr. Sua got me into Veterans Court. This was an absolute blessing. Attorney Valdovinos called me after each appearance and provided me an update and Attorney Nancy Mazza was present for most of my appearances. There was a couple appearances where there was actual litigation and Mr. Sua went to bat for me in the courtroom. His confidence in the courtroom was mesmerizing. I can't thank Brandon and Steve enough! Both came through for me BIG TIME when I needed them. I was dealing with a serious buisness partnership agreement that had gone south and I was in a very time sensitive situation. I highly recommend using this law group! Everything was so easy and efficient from the initial consultation call with Catherine to the end of the case. I can't speak highly enough of Catherine, she spent her time reviewing the details of the case just during the initial consultation call, taking her time to ask pertinent questions and laying out a concrete plan if we were to proceed with their services. I had been calling around to a few law groups at the time, and most of them either had a vague plan of how they would approach the case or were scaring us into taking their services on.
