The whole experience from beginning to end was stress-free and memorable. My kids rated Tammy, 10 out of 10. They left full of nerves and came back comfortable and excited. He enables you to recognize your own mistakes and will repeat certain actions (i.e. parallel parking, turning, etc) as many times until you feel comfortable. I would text and they would read it and not respond - over and over again. Finally I would threaten to use another company and they would apologize and respond. They also quoted me a price for my daughter to take lessons and her road test. They scheduled the test. Then right before it they told me it was more money because it was scheduled in Newark. THEY WERE THE ONES THAT SCHEDULED THE TEST - you would think they would have asked me at that time if it was okay or mentioned the upcharge. They are EXTREMELY UNETHICAL. My Road test started at 9:20 am , and since I'm taking a hour session before that means that she would arrive to my house at 7:50 , and she did say that she would arrive. She told me that the price would be $180 I said okay, and screenshotted my confirmation appointment at the dmv. A month goes by, I text her the day of my road test at 7:55 am asking how long will she arrive and she's stated that she will come back from vacation on January 9th...This lady didn't bother to tell me somewhere in between December and waited the day of my road test. How unprofessional. On October 24th, 2024 I booked an appointment to take an hour practice test at 10:00 am, she communicated that she would be running late and showed up at 12:00 instead. Despite her running late, I wanted to book more with her because I liked her as an instructor but I didn't have enough money to book frequent practice test with her. I never would think I would have this issue with her communication skills. I feel as thought she can improve on communicating. How am I supposed to know your on vacation? She also lied and said that I was supposed to remind her through text, but never said that....Super Unprofessional. Save your time, energy and money please.

Sam did a great job. After just 2 - one hour sessions my kid was confident and learned how to parallel park and passed road test 1st try. The lady that answered phones was also nice and was able to fit us into their busy schedule - also the fact that there is someone to answer the phone is very convenient. There is no run around trying to figure out schedule through emails - etc...

I recently decided to obtain my CDL A license and while I had previously attempted training with…read moreanother school but was terribly disappointed with their staff, I decided to reach out to E-Z Wheels and was immediately impressed with their office staff and their professionalism. They were polite and very knowledgeable of what I needed for obtaining my NY CDL A license. I viewed all the videos they offered in my 15 hour package and was able to collect key notes from those videos. Junior is a superstar! Additionally, I was able to schedule 6 consecutive days of training from 2 to 3 hours a day and schedule my road test on the 7th day with the DMV with E-Z Wheels tractor trailer. This is something most schools do not offer which I know from experience. While training at the yard and on the road, I had 4 different instructors, all who were patient and well experienced with great tips. However one instructor, Chris, had a style that positively impacted my learning experience the most. He was attentive and consistently called out what I was doing right and what I was doing wrong. His tips are worth gold!! I am someone who never stepped foot into a tractor and to now all of sudden perform double clutching on the road and drive in traffic within Elizabeth without failure. Chris talked the fear out of me and is the reason why I PASSED my CDL A road test on the 7th day. I am forever grateful the knowledge Chris shared, his patience, and professionalism. While everyone learns faster or longer then others, I can ensure if you are 100% committed to obtaining your CDL, E-Z Wheels will provide everything you need to pass your road test.
