For reference, I drive a 2022 Honda civic with less than 40k miles on it, so my car is very well taken care of. If I take it to the dealership it typically costs me about $75 for an oil change. I was charged $90 here and they forgot to turn off the check light as well, so I had to go back inside to request they turn it off. I felt like I was taken advantage of here, they were not transparent with their prices, and did not even fully complete the job. I was very disappointed as the service did not match the almost five start review here.

When we arrived to look at the car, the car was suddenly in the shop because of a water pump replacement. IDC what kind of mechanic you are you cannot do a full water pump replacement in under an hour, which is what they were saying. They told us to go to the waiting area to wait for the car to return. While in the waiting area another rep said he had taken a deposit on the same vehicle the night before. I took a half day off work to drive out there to see a car that was no longer available. Why couldn't the rep tell me that before I came out there.

Ronnie, the owner, is the most honest mechanic I've come across. He would never ever do anything to intentionally screw people over, unlike some mechanics in the area. If something goes wrong, I promise on everything I love he was not trying to scam you or do it on purpose. If your car has been to 5 shops and can't get fixed, it's probably not the 6th shop's fault.
