STOP! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I trusted this place to do the most simple of tasks, change my oil with Synthetic and a high quality oil filter. 3000 miles later I decided change my oil as I was out of state. The oil was black! the filter was the bottom basement garbage and used conventional after having changed my oil 3x's previously with Synthetic. I'm sorry, but if a garage can't use the customer recommended oil and filter, that can't be trusted with your car. Sad sign of the times, you cant trust any one with your vehicle, especially this shop! read more

I have found this establishment not one to be supported again. I THOUGHT my local dealership was unreputable with the "needed" services for my vehicle. This place was recommended so I gave it a try. I am HAPPILY returning to my vehicle's Dealership. I was told I needed to replace a working part on my vehicle in order to pass the State Inspection. This was their attempt to turn a $30 basic task into a $200 moneymaker for them. THE PART WORKS AND IS FUNCTIONAL!!!??? Never again. read more

Had an issue with Active Fuel Management on my Chevy, and it was causing issues with getting it inspected. They provided excellent advice and offered two solutions, one expensive (3k) and one less expensive (200). They could have pushed the expensive option but suggested I go with the much cheaper one first. Knowing I was in a time crunch, they received the car the next morning and it was ready same day. I had an engine go bad on me and I got a quote from Amy, I had AAA tow my vehicle over, they put it in (2 weeks due to Covid slowing things down). They put a remanufactured motor with 100000 mile 3 yr warranty in it, and it runs like a champ. Very happy, but don't expect it over night as they are really busy! Wonderful experience. read more

Charged $600 to reattach brake pads on one tire. Bled brakes. When they called with estimate they used the words " The stuff exploded inside that brake drum", to make it sound very serious. They also quoted me $78 to replace a $5 gas line filter. I asked them not do that gas line filter because it was just an inquiry by us anyways. When I went to pick it up today, 10/13/22, I asked about the breakdown of why it was so High in cost. The estimator then proceeded to tell me that it was a 3 hour job! I didn't want to argue so I just went ahead and paid it. No one seemed to care about my 15 minute escalated inquiry. They seemed more interested in raping us of money. Here are some facts: this job took less than 90 minutes, they exaggerated the explanation of what was wrong when calling with the estimate, they called us soon after the estimate was given to say the truck was ready, they operate a multi-bay facility from behind Residential homes on LT Hardee road and yet Charge CAR DEALER full prices, they promote Cash as preferred payment for some unknown IRS reason, and they charged 3% for using our card for payment, and they don't give breakdowns of labor nor material on their invoices. Several weeks ago when I needed service I was told he want in the mood to help us with our issues and he hung up on us. Now I understand you may be having a bad day. Been going here for 5+ years and they always take great care of me. Being a single female that can be hard to find in a mechanic. I've gotten my inspections, tires, and regular maintenance done here for years and they've caught a few issues I wouldn't have known about.
