Within just 2-3 days, my nails began peeling and chipping, and I had to return multiple times on October 31, November 1, November 4, and November 8, 2025 for the same issue. Each visit, the nails were sanded down and reapplied, but the problem kept recurring, leaving my natural nails damaged and weak. When I shared my concerns, the manager claimed they had done "enough free repairs," as though repeatedly fixing the same failed service was a favor. Instead of acknowledging a possible issue with the product or application, he blamed my nails, twisted my words, and even used intimidating language, saying they would no longer fix them after November 8. I politely requested a refund, but was told the service was "already done." I then suggested store credit explaining that I could return once my nails healed to fairly test whether the issue was really my nails or the product but he refused that as well. To make matters worse, other customers mocked and criticized me, even though some admitted it was unusual for shellac to chip so quickly. My issue was never with the technician's skill, but with the quality of the product and the manager's unprofessional handling of the situation. While the technicians themselves are talented, the management lacks professionalism, accountability, and customer respect. No client should be dismissed or belittled for raising legitimate concerns or seeking fair treatment.

She sighed at me and looked around in annoyance and rudeness when I asked if I could take a peek to see if the nails are the same length before she started painted them. She had the guts to tell me that they were the same length without even comparing them. I put them side by side and said look, the ones from the right hand are much longer. She then proceeded to start filing to fix them a little better. Then, I asked if she could let me know when she would fix the corners because they were too square (so sharp they could cut). If I remember correctly, she sighed and said "let me finish my job"...and it just went downhill from there. It was clear that she was exhausted from her day of work, before she even start with me, and just wanted to get it over with. She didn't even clean my nails with the cuticle pusher or the clipper and proceeded to put the fake nail and was hurrying to slap the colour on top. On my ring finger's nail, she tried to cut the frozen cuticle AFTER she applied the polish and although it scratched the side, she just put the top coat on and asked me to cure it in the machine. I couldn't believe she didn't even attempt to fix her mistake. When I noticed how uninterested she was (as I would ask how her day went and she wouldn't reply, and I would thank her on multiple occasions and make remarks on how pretty they look when in fact they looked awful, she would still not reply). On top of it all, what bothered me the most is how crooked the nails were in the end, and yet, she couldn't have cared less. When I asked her to fix it politely (i asked if she could and if she couldn't, it was totally okay), she filed here and there and stopped. At that point I was too sad and decided to take the nail file and do it myself. I paid $75 + I gave her a $4 tip just because I felt like it's the right thing to do, but inside I feel very saddened by this experience. I've never been this mistreated in a nail salon and I've been to MANY. I've seen nail technicians who have done a bad job but NEVER did I have to take the nail file and do it myself and she just got up, took her stuff and left. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed because I was looking forward to paint them for a long time. I hope she realizes how rude she was and how unfortunate it is for her because the team seemed fun and nice. It was her who simply didn't care.

I sit down and show my technician (her name tag at her station said helen) the picture she said she could do it. It's a lot of different colours. Her colleague and I spent like 10 min choosing them all to match the pic. Once we get started the girl next to her (she spoke English really well didn't get her name, she was very rude) went that'll be $5 extra cus it's REALLY time consuming. So I went ok. What if we just make the mismatched colours the same on both hand? Extra charge then? She said no. Cool! The whole service took an hour and a half. (Very very. Long for a shellac polish change and removal). She didn't even get off all the bio gel!! So my nails are shaped all weird. When she was done I took a look at her shaping and most of the nails were super uneven. I pointed it out and she tried again but it didn't help much. They look really amateur like I did them myself. So disappointing. (The matte top coat also burned like hell under the lamp. Is that normal??) So to top it all off, I go to pay and another girl is at the register and she says $37. $37? What we agreed to 30? She's like the extra colours were an extra charge. I had to remind them that we had agreed that it wouldn't be an extra charge?? I've been before and had seen another guy. Older gentleman maybe named tony? I've also heard the owner is good. Skip this place honestly, there's a million other places in the area that are for more professional. Don't bother.
