This parking lot is located below Arcadia Mall. Had to find parking close by for an appointment. Drove car down and staff just pointed. Once, I parked the car another staff came over and said you taking up two spaces. I said to staff that guy pointed finger and did not provide specific instructions. He said I tell you this for next time. Appointment was less than 2 hours. I went to pay and another staff said $17 dollars, I looked at the price list which was odd. Another staff said you had an SUV and it will cost more. So beware, if you got even a small SUV, or anything that looks like an SUV they will charge you extra. The staff said please come back again. Straight up robbed in plain sight. Came to East buffet for dinner and was told as long as I got it stamped by the restaurant, it would have been free and just had to tip the valet. Came back and because (my assumption) I couldn't speak Chinese, I was charged $8 because I was over time? And I had an overly large vehicle (it's a basic midsize suv)? Basically told every excuse under the sun, wasn't looking to argue since I had a toddler that we needed to put to bed so just paid and left. The staff at Easy Parking has made it truly very easy to park my car. I bought the night pass for the month and even though it was 10pm to 10am, they worked with my schedule and allowed me some leeway if I came earlier to park or if it got later in the morning to pick up my car. I felt very safe keeping my car overnight and more than anything was always greeted with a smile with the friendly staff every morning. I was looking all around Flushing to find a parking spot but I found Easy Parking garage on the corner of Main Street. It's the perfect parking garage if you're going to commute to work and can't find street parking in the crowded streets of flushing. They charge one of the cheapest rates in Flushing and they're pretty straightforward with their policy/rates. Awesome service and honest workers. I park my car here all the time and cannot speak more highly about Sunny, Benny, Michael, Nikki, and Allen. They are always a pleasure to see, are consumate professionals, and will do anything it takes to make the customer happy. The garage itself is newly constructed (opened about a year ago), feels incredibly safe, is well-lit, has visible video camera security, and 24 hour valet service. All parking professionals are bilingual and can be routinely seen improving the space. Upstairs there is a Dunkin Donuts, Red Mango, Dumpling Galaxy, and a Tous Les Jours if you need to pick up some snacks will you wait for your car (though they are never more than a few minutes to get your car!) read more

If you like your car, don't park here. I parked my car here and when I returned, the manager personally came up to me admitting he had scratched my car by hitting the wall. In addition to this, there is damage to my rim. At the time, he insisted he would pay for it (obviously since it is his fault). Fast forward a week later when I approached him with the price he said he was not okay with it and tried to refer me to his auto body shop. However, its my car and I have a right to take it to whichever shop I choose. After going back and forth I finally told him lets go through their insurance. He gave me a hard time and told me to call the police and would not give me the claim paperwork to fill out. When the police showed up, they told me to take him to small claims court and sue them to ensure I get payment for the damage done to my vehicle. This has turned into a huge process for me I am unhappy with the staff, management, and owner of this establishment. read more

This is one of the few INDOOR parking garages in Flushing, and it is the best- very clean, well managed, video surveillance, and best of all 24 HOUR VALET, with super nice and competent staff!! It is a little farther from the "heart of Flushing" but super convenient if you live in the area or are going to any of the restaurants and businesses on this side of the town. It is located underneath the Arcadia complex (Dumpling Galaxy, Dunkin Donuts, Tous Les Jous, Diamond Spa, The Herbal Store, Arcadia Pharmacy & Bank of China). Rates are very reasonable and they have monthly rates. Park here and save yourself the trouble in the wintertime, especially when it snows. This is the best parking place I've been to so far. It is very convenient and fast to take my car. I parked here for almost 2 years and every time, the staffs were very polite. The price is reasonable.Their parking skill is very professional and they open 24 hours. One day,my car tire didn't have enough air, and they were willing to help me add up some air. This parking lot is sucks, MONEY HUNGRY! I was driving little tiny jeep liberty, and parked there for 1hour 20 mins, they asked me to pay for 2 hours for $11.00. I asked why I should pay $11 instead the post said $9 for two hours. The guy gave me a funny look and ask me:" you have SUV, right? It is $2 dollar more for SUV!" For stupid $2, I won't waste time to argue with him. After I paid, then they told me because my key is too old, so it is broken when they tried to crank the car! What good reason, they gave to me! Also, they were spinning my tires when they brought my car up! Stupid the way they drove! I guess just because it wasn't his car! DO NOT PARK AT THIS PARKING LOT!!!!!! I went to this parking lot a few days ago. I was going to the new world mall, but driving down there I realized that I was at the wrong parking lot. One of the staffs came out and I asked him where the mall is. He told me where it is and when I was turning my car to leave, he asked me for $2 because my car was in his parking lot. I asked him if this is a joke and he said no. Then another 2 staffs came to me with a threatening tone saying that I have to pay $2 because my car was in the lot. This is by far the most ridiculous argument I've ever experienced in my life. This is a valet parking lot. If one of the staffs drove my car to another location or whatever, I would gladly pay them the $2. But I didn't even get off my car! And also the rates and everything is very unclear consider it is not written anywhere. I was in a little rush so I gave them the $2 but he warned. This is a extremely cheap parking lot with very cheap and disrespectful staffs. I told one of my friend about this the other day and he told me his car was scratched by one of the staff a few days ago when he was parking the car! When confronted, one of the staff got very mad and told him to fuck off. They told him there's no video camera and there was no way that they scratched his car. So guys do yourselves a favor. The staff at Easy Parking are not courteous and do not smile. I saw the reviews about this place and is the reason why I recommended the Parking to my friend. It turned out to be very disappointing. My friend had already decided on this parking lot in Flushing and made a reservation for a month. We checked in in the evening. On the phone they quoted $250 knowing the size of his vehicle a Toyota Tundra, they upped $100 and demanded $100 for deposit. Told my friend he can use the parking spot overnight since he wasn't going to use the first few days of the month, when my friend picked his car up, charged him $25 and said that they never said he could stay overnight. They asked my friend who said that and my friend pointed out who did. They denied that they said that. My friend doesn't make this statement up out of thin air cause then my friend will be the one guilty. They should be embarrassed cause they are cheaters. read more

if you are looking for monthly parking do NOT park here. every time you park your car you have to tell them what time you will come pick it up. once I was late for 2 minute, the staff was complain to me for 5 minute, he wouldn't let me go till he stop complaining. and I was in a rush to go to work. I always go pick up my car same time every mon through fri since i have work and get off same day. I pay for monthly and pay for tips is not stand there for 5 minute and listening to their complain. as soon my contract is over I will not park here no more. read more
