I drove to the parking lot, and one of their drivers drove me to LaGuardia in my own car. After dropping me off, they parked my car for me. When I returned from my trip, they picked me up at the airport, drove me back to the lot, and my car was ready to go. The entire prepaid process was stress-free. and the price was significantly cheaper than parking at the airport. I was very impressed with how organized and efficient everything was. I would definitely use this service again and will be recommending it to all of my friends!

I had pre-paid, 10 days, worked quickly on my phone and found an alternative, thankfully with TSA Precheck, and the shuttle driver dropped me first... I made my flight! Reached the company later that day at their headquarters, their Toronto location, they informed me that JFK operations have ceased, no heads up, they have my phone, my email...no notification. Now fighting for my refunds (I have future parking scheduled and prepaid with them as well) Partially refunded after several calls and emails. Now they're not responding.... Shady operations!!!

He was in the booth taking the money as well. We were third in line and it took 20 minutes. By the time we left the lot there were about 25 people waiting & I am sure they were upset. They should employ at least 2 people for when a concert lets out.

When confronted, the manager John Coello asked to whom the car was handed in and we responded Andres, who after several attempts to reach him said that he left the vehicle in the same condition as he received it. At that moment the supervisor suddenly said he had to leave and that he would give me a claim form the next day as the office was closed (strange as it was only 4 pm). When we returned the next day he said that as the scratch was almost imperceptible we weren't entitled to receive a claim form and that the company wasn't responsible for any damage that the car suffered while in their custody. We responded that we didn't trust them anymore to take care of the car and that it was safer to leave the car on the street than there. It's illogical that after paying this company each month a lot of money to take care of a car, not even being able to park it ourselves, they can claim they don't have an obligation to maintain it in the same condition as it was received. We feel robbed and scammed and obviously we're never going to use the services of this company and strongly warn everybody to learn from our experience.

In fact, I didn't want to use it in the first place but my travel companion insisted that we put our car somewhere safe - because she didn't trust the streets of Flushing and all the tow trucks that were hovering around. I assured her it was fine but eventually gave in and used this awful deck. So there were actually no spaces inside (a common problem). Once we finally got one (after about 25 mins of waiting), I found a guy getting ready to write me a ticket while I was paying. Don't worry. He will think twice about such behaviour in future. There is no sense of customer service and the pricing is double what it was the first time I used it. At least it exists, hence it doesn't get 1 star.

First parking attendant agreed and told me to pull up to the left on flatter road to make it easier for the baby to get into the carriage without any accidents. This other guy walks out of the office and starts yelling at me telling me what are you doing, don't you see the stop sign you have to stop there right at the top of the ramp. I told him I have an infant with me along with the baby's mama who just gave birth and it would be easier for me to get everyone out of the car safely without any accidents or mishaps. He then went back in the office to get a parking ticket for me. As he comes out he sees me taking a video of the perimeter of my vehicle just to ensure that when it comes out there aren't any new scratches or scuffs on the bumper. That's the same barking attendant then started yelling at me telling me that you Jews are all the same and if I don't trust him to park my car there then I shouldn't come here. He then went back into his office ripped up the parking ticket and told me to leave. And complete shock my wife and I approach him and say excuse me sir there's nothing wrong with us documenting on how we leave the car with you. We would need to see if there are any new scratches upon picking up the car which is normal protocol. Especially based on their reviews on how they treat cars here. He then starts cursing at us stands right in front of the vehicle and demands us to leave. I told him they said big deal and he should come down and I'll just park the car and I'll pick it up in a couple hours. Again demanding that we leave. Honestly I don't mind paying for good service along with quality customer service. The owner of this place needs to get rid of these low salary probably illegal status working parking attendance and start paying a little bit more money and get better employees to serve this customers correctly, and properly. I will be reporting this company to the BBB,  the department of Labor along with the department of consumer affairs.

Once, I parked the car another staff came over and said you taking up two spaces. I said to staff that guy pointed finger and did not provide specific instructions. He said I tell you this for next time. Appointment was less than 2 hours. I went to pay and another staff said $17 dollars, I looked at the price list which was odd. Another staff said you had an SUV and it will cost more. So beware, if you got even a small SUV, or anything that looks like an SUV they will charge you extra. The staff said please come back again. Will not use Easy Parking for there are many other parking places if you take the time took shop around.
