Then the manager said she would send the tech back, my hot tub broke, needed a part, they ordered the part (which took a month to arrive), they didn't credit me for the month the tub was not being serviced! Then the service starts up again, they recommend I drain the hot tub for fresh water, I agree, the tech drains the tub and then gives the same frozen hose story but now can't place my hose in the hot tub to defrost. Again, why doesn't the tech have his own hose in the service van?!?! My hot tub lines froze and they recommend picking up the tub, bring to the store to service for $4000, this does not include the repair. I ask and what if I don't want the repair you quote me at, with the hot tub in your store? They say, we ouwld have to work something out. ... I am done, don't waste your money or time. Since I was there, they have been thru 2 managers and no improvement. Horror show, I am surprised they have so many 5 star reviews. You have been warned.

First they installed a salt system and then at the end of the season they closed the pool with all new parts - cover, water bags, etc. Fast forward a couple weeks later and 2 of the water bags were empty and 1 other had slipped into the pool. Now that it's time to open the pool they want to charge me over $100/hr in addition to the regular opening fee to get the water and leaves out of the pool (that are there because the cover sank.) My question to them was - do you think it's fair for me to pay you extra because you did a shoddy job closing the pool? Justin's response - Yes. Needless to say I will find another pool company to deal with.

They were suppose to come back in May of this year to finish and never did. Stamped concrete is only 6 months old and cracking. Pool is still leaking under ground. I had to have pool refilled by them once. During summer even with all the rain we had to add water from our hose. The hot tub attached to pool is sinking and brick point is falling off. Hot tub has not worked properly since installed. Had to pay to have lawn and landscaping redone from their equipment. All landscaping stones are washing onto my sidewalks. Wiring is exposed at main electrical box. They never showed us how to properly use the pool and spa. Had to pay another contractor to blow lines out and close pool up for winter. Aqua Spa was suppose to do this for free the first year, but they never responded back to my calls. Contacting the BBB and hopefully will get this resolved without an attorney.

I posted on the PA loves Pool's Facebook group on Thursday night. He was at my house Friday morning. And had the pool liner installed by noon Saturday. Very honest and professional. Regarding the initial technician who is reviewed here. The initial estimate was May 11, and I was told it could be installed the first week in June. My pool liner was delivered to Kasper Pools May 15 or 16, and I picked it up a few days later. I hadn't heard anything since May 11, so I texted him on May 30 because I was supposed to be on his calendar for the first week in June. At that point, he began pushing everything back, and did not provide any date for install -- just kind of left it open ended. He also told me it couldn't be done unless I was home. (It actually turned out not to be true. Leo and his partner did it themselves.) almost a week later I hadn't heard anything, so I texted Tom a week before I went away (for work) hoping it could be done before I went away,and was ignored for over a week and until my 3rd text. I attached proof of that. My wife screamed after the final postponement because we were waiting almost 7 weeks and Tom cancelled bc of a 20% forecast of rain (that never happened.) The so-called harassment Tom describes, on my end, was a response to his very lengthy text, an hour after we thought we were moving on. This text was again full of excuses and selective memory and warranted a response. I also have proof of that. Tom claiming I only got the liner 3 weeks ago (which I have proof is wrong) is either a blatant lie, or, if Tom actually believes this, demonstrates a concerning inability to accurately recall prior communication (even though it was sparse). Either way, it's a red flag.

The 1st guy said he could possibly get to the installation in August. When Tom from PA Pool works called me back, we were scheduled to have an estimate at home @ the site of the pool & a few days later Tom came and we discussed our plans which is something I wasn't even offered w/the 1st installer I spoke with. Even though he & his crew were swamped, Tom assured us he felt comfortable providing us w/a mid-July install, weather pending. Tom & his crew were able to keep their time estimate and were here 2 weeks into the month. Not only were the installers able to stick to a date range, these guys worked through one of the hottest summers the Northeast has historically had on record and they were able to finish our job on the 3rd day in brutal heat.
