I've really only been to the one)…read more Big store - you can buy boxes, but wrapping paper and shipping materials, print stuff out, get things made and shipped etc etc. I've used this place to do everything from return Nikes, to send brand new racing helmets (motorcycle) to other riders, and even shipped the frame of handguns (legal as long as trigger assembly is removed), to have custom work done to the frame and barrel. When I come here, it's for an exact reason. Like this isn't really a store you just browse lol. However, despite not needing to be here often, when I do come, it's always perfectly pleasant and clean. I'm in, I'm out, and that's that. I have no actual complaints about the place. However, I can't give it 5 stars because like, does a Fed Ex store that does Fed Ex stuff deserve 5 stars? It's not like mind blowing or anything lol. I don't sit around an crave to go to the Fed Ex store.

Ordered a printer part from them; my account was immediately charged and I received an email…read moresaying, "We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." Nine days later, I finally received another email, claiming that "Your order is on the way!" Two days after that, the tracking page said "USPS awaiting item", so I emailed them asking for an update. I did not receive a response to that email. Five days after I sent that email, USPS was still awaiting the item, so I emailed them again and asked them to either ship it that day or refund my money. I did not get a response to that email either. The next day after that -- seventeen days after I'd ordered -- USPS was STILL awaiting the item, so I called to ask for a refund. I got a recording telling me to email their sales address instead. I emailed with a request to cancel my order and refund my money. Although I did finally receive a response a few hours later (from an actual named employee, not just their sales email address) confirming that the money had been refunded, it took another three days to receive the refund (which they blamed on Shopify). This is not a serious business that cares about fulfilling their customers' orders. I don't recommend them at all. One star is definitely too high of a rating, but unfortunately it's not possible to give zero stars.
