I ordered a new phone paid for next day shipping and Saturday shipping and here I am 5 days later a still no phone. when they picked the phone up from the warehouse they sent it in the wrong direction two states over! 2 of the days I stayed up after work to wait for the package because if I don't sign for it they won't leave it an the package didn't come. this has been one of the worse experiences I have WVER had to deal when when waiting for a package. if you have to get a package sent out I recommend you use UPS or just take deliver it on your bike because trying to use fedex why make your anxiety sky rocket or even worse cause a stroke! read more

Typical Fed Ex, I think (as In what is typical? I've really only been to the one) Big store - you can buy boxes, but wrapping paper and shipping materials, print stuff out, get things made and shipped etc etc. I've used this place to do everything from return Nikes, to send brand new racing helmets (motorcycle) to other riders, and even shipped the frame of handguns (legal as long as trigger assembly is removed), to have custom work done to the frame and barrel. When I come here, it's for an exact reason. Like this isn't really a store you just browse lol. However, despite not needing to be here often, when I do come, it's always perfectly pleasant and clean. I'm in, I'm out, and that's that. I have no actual complaints about the place. However, I can't give it 5 stars because like, does a Fed Ex store that does Fed Ex stuff deserve 5 stars? It's not like mind blowing or anything lol. So with the holiday season and all the shipping calamities due to Covid, having your package re- touted to be dropped off at the FedEx Center is a smart idea. If you are at work and cannot go home to get an important package, have it go to the Center and pick it Up on your way home. Your package will stay safe and dry. This is a win-win. read more

We were in a little bit of a pinch as we needed to make hundreds of copies on the weekend. Luckily FedEx was open and before they closed for the day, they were able to help us accomplish our goals. As with any other Fedex Office locations (formerly Fedex Kinkos), they have all your printing needs covered from regular copies, self serve computers with USB ports, laminations and larger posters Service was quick and efficient and they were right around the corner from the Home2 Suites making it extremely convenient. I drove 16 miles each way, for two trips, to finally get my equipment shipped. Overall it was a very good experience shipping an overnight envelope out at this location. You are immediately greeted as you enter this store. The rest goes very smoothly, and you are out of the door in no time. People who work here are very helpful, and they quickly discern what you need. At least, that was my experience. Even though I live on the Westside, this ends up being my FedEx of choice. The employees tend to be nicer, know how to do their job, and don't lie to me. Rates are the same, generally the same items for sale, but again... the staff is better. I once tried to ship an old laptop at the Westside location... they shook the sh*t out of the box, then told me they couldn't ship it unless I purchased the special FedEx laptop box. You know who didn't shake the sh*t out of that same box? This FedEx. That alone is reason enough for me to only go to this FedEx. They also are a lot quicker. I'm always in and out, I've literally never waited in a line when I've gone to this location. Comparing this FedEx to others, this is my preference. It's well worth the drive for me. read more

This location is busier than other locations, and the parking situation kind of sucks, but the employees were really friendly, and they had everything I needed. I needed 30 custom birthday invitations printed out along with 30 thank you cards. The thank you cards came out great. The birthday invites? Only 15 out of the 30 were useful. When I called to see what happened and what could fix this problem. The lady I spoke to blamed it on their machine and said I'd have to place a whole other order. $75 worth to only be able to use 15 invites. Maybe it's the location? Wish I would have looked at the reviews before I used this place. Definitely won't be coming back here. read more

I like this location. The staff was really nice and quick. They sell pretty much everything you need for shipping: tapes, pens, address label stickers, and cards. I also like that this one stays open till 11pm. Everyone mentions about their parking spaces but I could park right in front of the place.i suppose it's not that bad after navyfed closes. read more

I like this FedEx just cause its near other places where I needed to get my errands done. Being on Montana, it's busy within the area. I'm not fond of the parking space. Too small. Since Navyfed opened next to it, I'm sure it got crowded. I needed to fax and I was glad that it provided a fax cover sheet. I forgot to make one. Lol. They have assistance (information booth) right in the middle, so they're always there to help. They're super friendly. read more

I needed to ship a few over-sized boxes and went with FedEx for two reasons: affordability and shipping time. Their online account management set up and pick up scheduling was a nightmare so I decided to just skip the hassle and go into a store. I wanted to go to an actual FedEx store too, not an affiliated store so I ended up here. Parking was easy. Only one other customer was in the store so I was able to walk right up to the counter. The employee was quiet but nice. My only complaint is the boxes were measured a little bit inaccurately. It wasn't way off but I did catch one and asked for it to be remeasured. It ended up being an inch less on one side which made the price go down by a dollar or two. I appreciated that I was asked to confirm mine and the recipient's information that was entered. I also used a coupon I found online. Online pricing is less expensive than in store so the coupon helped offset the difference. My boxes were all delivered at their scheduled time, except one (a day later than expected), and the contents were just fine. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend this location for shipping needs. read more
